I signed up a few days ago to try this service out for 3 months. It looks like it's a great program but I'm having some trouble. First, a large percentage of our photos and videos on Shutterstock have metadata for somebody else's pictures. Near as I can tell the sales amounts are correct and the pictures are mine but the captions/keywords belong to other pictures from SS (ie a picture of a lake is described and keyworded for a "lion in the Serengeti" . Subjects we have never covered. If I click on a thumbnail it will take me to the image that the metadata is describing on SS not my picture. I've forced full updates a couple of times but it doesn't change anything.
As mentioned above, I can't get any data from 123rf.
Finally, since yesterday or the day before I am unable to log-in and there is a message saying that the service is down. Is this a common problem?

Hiya,
You seem to be describing our competitor which feel we are unable and wouldn't be fair for us to comment on.
However, may I inquire what sort of "data" would you like from 123RF? I could point you in the right direction if I knew what you are expecting to find.
Regards,
Anglee

Hi Anglee,
http://www.microstockanalytics.com/ (http://www.microstockanalytics.com/) is not a competitor. Itīs a statistics tool that advertises to track sales from 5 agencies including 123RF. While it works for the other 4 agencies it does not work for 123RF.
As far as I know there is no (easy) way to find out how much a particular image has earned me on the 123RF site itself.
Best regards
Axel
