Hi David

I did my test with one image. It appears that almost all issues are fixed. Graphic Leftovers failed because their FTP is down, same with Clipdealer.

The only one that appears to be set up correctly, but didn't distribute is Veer.

May have something to do with Veer being the only one using FTPS/TLS instead of plain FTP?

Right, Veer remains to be repaired... Thanks

David

The working ones are:

SS, DT, BS, Canstock, Yay, Panther, Cutcaster, iSign, Zoonar, Most, Photodune

The ones that don't work are:

Crestock, Veer, Clipdealer, Fotolia, Scanstock, Deposit, 123, Stockfresh

Some of these I set up as FTP, but appear to be connecting fine in the Channels section, except for 123 that never seems to connect at all.

Graphic Leftovers didn't work but I think their FTP is down.

Thanks Steve.
Since HTTP (web) access did not work for some channels I switched them recently to FTP. Here is the list
From your above list it includes Crestock, Veer, Fotolia, Deposit, 123.
So if you previously used one of these you can delete it and set it up again using your FTP credentials.

Scanstock and Stockfresh - I checked your definitions and FTP works fine there. However, I could not see any media assigned to these channels - could you please verify?

Clipdealer' FTP is down:

Hi David,

Due to some maintenance work on our server the FTP is currently down. I'm not sure how long this will take so please try it again next week.

Kind regards,

Markus Hein

Hi - I have not been able to access lightburner for a couple of days now - the login page is badly formatted in a '1997' sort of way and although the 'login' button changes colour when I press it, nothing happens ie the info isn't sent and the next page doesn't load.
When I could access it I found that some of the channels that used to work don't anymore - the ones that don't work for me are Veer, Deposit, Fotolia.
Cheers

The login page is working again now and appears normally, so thanks David if you fixed it.  Still not distributing to all my channels though but thanks for getting the others to work again.

Lightburner is not working since yesterday:

- pictures not being distributed (to any channel);

- link to "Channels" (http://lightburner.com/app/myaccount.html?channels) broken

Is it just me, or is there a problem?

I haven't tried to upload, but the My Account section returns an 310 HTTP error.

"All sensitive areas in your account, like Login, SignUp, My Account and other personal pages are accessed only by HTTPS  with 256-bit SSL encryption."

All channel data (names and passwords) submission is going over HTTP. not HTTPS. Can we trust any other "security" statements?

I didn't notice that. Not good.

Although I am afraid login and password are being transmitted as plain text with FTP as well (except for Veer which uses encryption), so LightBurner is not less secure in that sense.

That's why all sites should have two different passwords for FTP and for editing account and asking payments. Some do, but are in a minority.
