re-installed and lost all my accounts - including the one's I paid for. Is there a way to restore? I do not use icloud.

You can not order the agencies? I was very comfortable having them according to my order

After having to delete and reinstall the App, some of my logins do not work anymore. As in when I enter the correct username and password it just won't log me in.

Ok, I have v2.0 up and running after re-entering all the log in details.

Regarding the notifications... how often is the app checking for new sales? I've had some 20 sales today, but only received 2 notifications so far. First was 2.70 sale on SS, second was 0.72 sale on SS, which were apparently two 0.36 subs sales. No notification on other sales.

I'd love to hear a jingling sound on my phone every time I have a sale. This app is now soooo close to it

2.0 keeps crashing on my iPhone 4s.

2.0.1 update the same, it crashes on startup every time..

my income are displayed incorrectly on Galaxy S4.
microstockr always shows twice the height or no income.

A cash register sound would be great for every sale. 

This has suddenly stopped working for shutterstock for me. It says connection problems when i try and access sales or refresh the balance. I've been using this for a year without issues so maybe ss have changed something? Is anyone else having issues?

Yes, I tried everything to get it working, after it ceased to work over the weekend. 

Unfortunately, in attempting to get it working, I deleted the program, but to get it back onto my iphone, I had to re-purchase the program.  That was a bit of a pain, as I still had time left from the last time I purchased it. 

Anyway, after re-installing it, and logging into to the sites that I upload my images to, the only one that still won't allow me to login to is SS.  I've tried a number of times since the weekend to get it working, without success.  I notified Microstokr about the problem over the weekend, and the reply from the site stated "I'm checking for bugs, meanwhile please try to reboot the phone".  I did this, but it didn't help.

I've got so used to obtaining my sales report on my iphone, that it's a real pain (first world problem  ), to have to login to the site on my desktop to keep up to date with my sales. 

My guess is that Shutterstock changed their login process and broke the app.  We'll just have to be patient while the developer sorts it out.

I heard ss are bringing out their own app for monitoring sales so maybe it has something to do with that, ie they are restricting access unless via their own channels :-s

Microstockr support says they are aware of the issue, SS indeed changed the logon and they are awaiting the new one to fix the issue. 

If it helps the programming end of it, Shutterstock works on my Android Nexus tablet but not on my iphone.
