Hi Niakris,

Fotolia changed everybody´s FTP passwords on Wednesday. Since then the upload is not working anymore. Not the with old site login/password settings and not with the new member ID/FTP password either.

I already sent an email to mephisto123 (at) gmail.com but got no reply. Are you aware of the problem?

I had the same problem, enter by ftp client with new password, and try to upload again with submitter, for me is ok

To resolve this problem you need to go to the Fotolia settings in StockSubmitter, click "Check settings" button and then Save settings.
The upload will work again.
