Added 5 custom FTP sites.

Nice while it lasted !!  no longer working !   

not picking up metadata as applied by LR, and when I add data it then says image too small !?  it says 128x128 pixels, yet 9MB !???

uninstalled and reinstalled to no effect (still have all old data showing, it didn't remove that !? )

Tried to uninstall from Control Panel, but this App does not show up in Install list !?

Hmm it looks like there is problem with reading metadata of your file.
Can you mail me example of such file ?

Does anyone else have problems sending to Depositphotos.

The images get uploaded to my account OK, so I know my settings are good, but when the program tries to submit the images I get the error 'wrong username or password'

Password is case sensitive, so double-check if you type it right.

It read it fine 3 days ago when I uploaded to 10 sites !!!

Now it sees none of my image data !?  All standard jpegs !!

Well to check what's wrong I need an example of the jpeg you have problems with and full path to this jpeg on your PC (to check if there is some special symbols in path)

yeah, it should be OK .. I copy and pasted it from my browser and like I said, it manages to upload to the site OK, but then gives an error on submit.  Strange that it works some of the time but not the rest of the time...

May be there is some kind of maintenance on DP ? Did you try to login to website using browser when you get such errors in StockSubmitter ?

Yes,  The error has been coming for the last couple weeks.  I fixed it now though... sort of.  I changed my password to a shorter password without strange characters like ^

So now I get passed the password test, but I get an error when submitting the model release.... I sent you an error report within the program.

This error is already fixed, I'll upload update soon.

Another problem... am I the only one?

Submitting to 123rf - I am able to upload the images but the submitting times out (with model releases)

Just checked submission of photos with release to 123rf, it works fine for me.
Try again.

File is valid, I've just checked it.
Path is valid too. Very strange problem, can we discuss this issue on skype?

I am going to lock this thread now so that each problem, troubleshooting sessions can have it's own thread. That way when people are looking for solutions in the future they won't have to search through 200+ posts to see if their question was asked.
