I uploaded a part of my portfolio to mostphotos a few days ago. Since then I still haven't seen them show up on the site. Though I can see them when I log into mostphotos by FTP. Is there some sort of tab on the website where I can find them?

I uploaded a bunch last week and their saying they need to be "tagged" before they can be "published". They are tagged...whats the deal?

One annoying thing about mostphotos is they make you pick the language every time. This should be a default setting, but you can't publish without it.

Hi guys

I would like to help each of you with any issues you have.
Just send us an email at [email protected] or give us a call and we will look into it asap.

I will also take your request for picking a default language further to see if this is something we can implement.

In the meantime you can find manuals and Q&A in our Help Center at the bottom of the page.

http://help.mostphotos.com/

We are developing and improving the site every day so any feedback is welcome!

Best Regards,
Lina @ Mostphotos

You can choose to select all images on one page and choose language and "save".
This way you don't have to do it image by image. The same goes for tags etc. If you want the tag "sun" on all images on that page, mark them all and add the tag "sun" and save.

Creating a default option for language is on the to-do list!

Of course, sales is what any business is about!

And just as with the webpage, functions, customer-and technical support and everything else, we are constantly working on improving. We have found new investors and just in the last couple of months we have hired a new marketing director, several sales accountants to bring in more and more buyers and have a done a lot of work in SEO and social media. And more is to come, we are putting all our focus on marketing and sales.

If you would like specific feedback, have any issues at all or any ideas on what we can do to increase sales or improve the page, please send us an e-mail to [email protected].

We are also working on a new formula that will take more factors into consideration when it comes to search results. We hope to find a good balance between rightfully rewarding contributors that sell well but also give exposure to photographers that have not sold so well yet. We are also working on other ways for all of you to get more exposure.

We will keep you posted on this!

The old uploading process was so much better.  Now it takes me about 10 minute for each single photo to up load.  So I stopped uploading there.  Too bad to change a good thing.  I won't waste my time there.

Hi Oscar,

It should definitely not take that long! Could you send me an e-mail to [email protected] with your nickname/e-mail and what problems you are experiencing? I will then take a look right away and make sure you can upload images within seconds, not minutes.

I've already lost interest because of the lack of ANY sales at all. Throughout the past years I've left and come back to Mostphotos 3 times already with the same outcome (NOTHING). As it is right now, I will upload one last batch there and if by the end of the year their futuristic plans have not made a substantial change to the site, I'm out of there for good...no sense keeping them around as far as I'm concern...Sorry Mostphotos but I Mostleaveyou.

PS:specific feedback: Mostmakesomemoney.

Yeah, ever since they started that silly Like process, sales hit the toilet. I used to get the regular 12.5e sales. Now if I get one it's .17e or some such. Only reason I kept up the occasional upload is it was easy. Now it's not, so the trouble vs worth equation has tilted in the wrong direction.

Hi!

The ftp has been working fine for us but I got an e-mail from a user today saying there was a problem. This is now fixed. Could you check if it's OK for you too and let me know if it isn't?

Where did you send us notes about this? I haven't received anything from the webpage or directly to our support e-mail so I need to investigate why your mails hasn't come through, it is definitely not OK that you have not received an answer for several days.

In another entry you also say that it is no longer easy to upload images (even when it's working), could you tell me why? And I will see if we can tweak it to your liking.

Best Regards,
Lina @ Mostphotos

Uploads are now not working for me, I get "The file is not of a recognized format" for my eps 10 vector files, anyone else?

ETA never mind, looks like they were old errors I just spotted and the files did make it through. just being think!
