here in germany we have only one angency for food pics... and they want i think 8,5 Megapixel..

so we all upload our food-stuff to other angencies...

the german agencies dont work good... the us like shutter are ok, but not great...

dreamtimes work good since 2 month and stockxpert too

my question... where to go when you shoot food.. is there a good agency?

My good food shots sell, my ordinary ones do not.

To take a good food shot takes a lot of practice.

There are heaps of speciality enthusiasts on flickr who give great advice.

Food (well keyworded) always sells well.
Food images uploaded during a "food holiday" sell even better.1

I shoot every pretty meal that we cook up, I also shoot every restaurant meal we take out. my portfolio is full of food, it sells well. I try to keep it clean and bright, once in a while I set the shot up with napkins and other implements.

my relatives are all well-trained. they don't even blink now when I grab a plate of something they are about to eat so that I can take pictures of it.
