I don't see any way to upload an easy release. I only see buttons to upload blank SS releases. I have many files with releases that I can't get again.

I feel stupid, but I don't see a plus sign near the model releases

I don't either, ;D I see an Edit and a View. The view, shows the entire release. https://submit.shutterstock.com/releases

That's on a computer. Maybe you are using something different?

Go to Manage Releases here, (portfolio menu):

https://submit.shutterstock.com/releases

You can upload there first and then attach to your content on the submissions page.
