I'm new in the world of photo stock agencies. I have a question that I hope any experienced photographer could answer. Sure is an easy question, but I'm confused.

Imagine that I'm a contributor of A agency and B agency. Imagine that some photos from A agency are accepted to be sold as royalty free. My question is: could I sold the same photos in the B agency as royalty free?

depends on the agency, generally yes if you are selling non-exclusive.
