Title: Best Custom Lab?

Just curious as to what U.S. custom labs are being used out there, and which ones you think are the best.

Well here in L.A. A&I has always been a leader, though I used to go to Paris Photo (10 years ago) a lot because they did good work and were closer to home at the time. Paris was also an early digital media adopter so it was a better fit for my work.  Now I either do my own thing or go on-line (with my own thing prepped and ready to go).  Maybe someone with more recent dealings can add some detail.
