Do you have some problems with moneybookers?
I have verified my address when I signed up. I got a letter from MB, with a code, which I entered... Everything was OK for over 7 months, but today I can not withdwaw money, I get this message:
_______________
Identity verification required!
Unfortunately we were unable to verify the data in your profile with an independent information source. Under UK anti-money laundering regulations we are therefore required to obtain an additional proof of identity before we can process your first redemption request.
We offer you the following fast and easy options:
Option 1: Charge the redemption fee to your credit/debit card (instant)
We will charge the redemption fee to your card (and increase your withdrawal amount accordingly).
Option 2: Verify your bank account (within 3 banking days)
We will make a payment to your bank account. In the reference field of the payment we will include a unique verification code which you will have to enter back at our site.

Why that now? But OK. So, I clicked on WITHDRAW, and choosed my BANK account, and entered amount: 20 (or 15) usd, and then I do not have a button to proceed? I only have button CONFIRM, which I should press only If I have reference number, which I dont. How can I send those 20 USD when I do not have the NEXT or SEND button? Is this some bug on the site, or what?

I had to do that in the first place to open my account or it was optional to raise my limit I don't remember exactly but I did all that, and after almost 2 years of using moneybookers I never had a single problem.

Had the same problems 2 months ago.
The best thing to do, in my expirience, is call them. Is the fastest way.
I ended up sending my scanned ID, this way my new limit transaction is USD 18.000.
Good luck!

I contacted them. They will "unlock" my account manualy, only thing to do is to send them my last bank refference number... :)
