Not a single quote fell like that or is taken completely out of context. The term emergency is related to special funds, state budget and debt brake to justify it constitutionally. The emergency situation includes not only Ukraine, but also the Israel conflict, the climate crisis and other things.
:o ??? ::) :'( :'( :'(

All the world's democratic media are controlled from a common center. I see on this topic how easily Biden was able to fool everyone and make the Republicans guilty.

yeah, yeah.. an international cabal, a pedophile elite is controlling the world! We know that already from QAnon & Co!

It's funny that in some contexts Biden is considered an old senile fool, but in other contexts, he is a mastermind able to fool everybody, except for stoker2014 and maybe a handful of other "smart" people  ;D
;D ;D ;D
Humor is good.
Let's leave it like that. I'm happy with this interpretation.

You live in a world of illusions that your TV offers you. The reality is actually different, and the closer you are to Ukraine, the better you will see the reality.

Whenever one hopes that you're having a light moment, you throw out some unnecessary nonsense.
How . do you know where everyone here gets their information?
I find that very presumptuous of you.

You obviously have no idea about the German media either. All opinions are represented here across the board, including open criticism of our own government, Israel or the USA. If you have no idea, then maybe you shouldn't even bring up the subject.

And the idea that Ukraine should only spread the truth here is more than naive.

Yes, this is exactly, what russian trolls and their autocratic friends are spreading all over the globe! And now you are one of those who believes in that rubbish! Putin will celebrate you!  ::)

I sometimes begin to think that Ukraine needs to stop resisting the Russians, and let them through its territory to the EU. Maybe then citizens of the EU countries will begin to understand that Biden is Assh.ole.

Are you aware that Putin supported Trump in the US elections? Did you ever wonder why? You should read a little bit and think about it!

And from my point of view you should read a little bit about democracy - what that is, how it works and so on.

Just dont draw hasty conclusions from my words. So far, I have not seen any criticism of Biden's policies over the past 2 years in the Democratic press. Why? Is Biden so good?
Fuck Biden.

I am not discussing democracy and how it works in this thread. And it works really bad. At this rate, soon all of Europe will be under Russian occupation.
I have already written about putin and Trump before.
1. putin is a KGB agent, and everything he says is untrue. His public support for Trump could have many purposes, but not what everyone thought.
2. I dont personally like Trump, I dont campaign for him, and I dont see the difference between Trump and Biden.

Good news.

The European Union will adopt the 12th package of sanctions against russia on Monday - Politico.

Bad news.

At the request of Austria, Ukraine excluded the Austrian bank Raiffeisen from the list of international sponsors of the war.

In fact, Raiffeisen Bank is an international sponsor of the war. The Russians bring money into russia through this bank and finance terrorism.

Austria probably really wants to see Russian tanks on the streets of its destroyed cities.

Now I dont know how effective this 12th package of sanctions will be.

All western europeans have better lives than any american. In fact, our perception is that your lives are crap. If you ask a french or an spaniard they will say that the USA is like the 3rd world for them and would never live there. Is not hate or anti-americanism, it's life. We all hate your goverments and companies, not people, americans are nice. But we have cool nations to lose in a war (with all our crap and problems). Maybe you don't.

How did you come to this extraordinary conclusion?

He is a useful idiot who listens to Russian propaganda.

Useful idiots? Have you earn anything with war? Your country really did, HUGE money.

cheaper education?
cheaper healthcare?
cheaper prescriptions (LOL)?
cheaper courts?
houses with real walls (no crap walls)?
high speed trains?
proper highways?

any?

Who is the useful idiot?

Are you sure you are not living on the streets in the future? Never?

I'm sure. All my family is sure. All my friends are sure. All the people I know are sure. I will never know anyone living on the streets.

Our 10 yold children have the culture level of your adults.

Russian marching over Europe.

It's incredible to read that from an adult.

Has everyone seen the new movie, Leave the World Behind, recently released on Netflix? Its based on a best-seller book and 2 of its Executive Producers are Michelle and Barack Obama.

I watched it last night because I wanted to know what does Michelle and Barack Obama want us to know?

The answers are pretty much relevant to some of the discussions on this thread.

American apocalyptic psychological thriller.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leave_the_World_Behind_(film)

It is unlikely that this film has anything to do with this topic. Although I personally have not seen this film.

As for Obama, he was a very bad US president who allowed the outbreak of the third world war. Under Obama, Russian terrorists occupied Crimea and the eastern regions of Ukraine. Obama, as US President, should have provided Ukraine with weapons and implemented the Budapest Memorandum. But Obama did none of this. Biden is a follower of Obama.

My interpretation of the messages of the film:

"Make peace, not war. Trust your neighbours. America has a lot of enemies, what would happen if they all ganged up together?"

Very clear messages towards the end, especially when they go and meet the character played by Kevin Bacon. Watch the movie before you make any assumptions.

Well, now its clear what Obama has been doing and continues to do. The enemies of the United States have all been united for a long time and the third world war has been going on for 10 years. Wake up!

Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine: EU adopts 12th package of economic and individual sanctions.
The Council adopted today a twelfth package of economic and individual restrictive measures in view of the continued Russian war of aggression against Ukraine. These measures deliver a further blow to Putin's ability to wage war by targeting high-value sectors of the Russian economy and making it more difficult to circumvent EU sanctions.
With this 12th package, we are putting forward a robust set of new listings and economic measures which will further weaken Russias war machine. Our message is clear, as I already stated when I chaired the informal Foreign Affairs Council in Kyiv: we remain steadfast in our commitment to Ukraine and will continue to support its fight for freedom and sovereignty.
.....

You can read what is included in the new sanctions using the link.
____

Let's hope that Germany will now stop trading with the Russians through third countries.

As I always write, it is necessary to ban all Russian stockers from stock agencies and all payment systems. Russian stockers and freelancers bring a lot of currency into Na.zi russia, pay taxes, support the Russian economy, and finance terrorism.
Now Russian stockers have opened accounts in banks of Kazakhstan and are lying to stock agencies and payment systems that they do not live in russia. All these diversionists need to be banned.

Glory to Ukraine!

https://lithuaniatribune.com/arming-ukraine-open-letter-to-joseph-biden-president-of-the-united-states-of-america/

Arming Ukraine: Open letter to Joseph Biden, President of the United States of America

Mr. President,
We would like to thank you for making it possible, with the invaluable support of the Netherlands and Denmark, for the first F-16s to be deployed in Ukraine in the near future. We hope that this heralds the formation of an air force of 200 to 300 aircraft which will allow Ukraine to effectively defend its airspace.

Without indulging in pessimism or defeatism, it seems the enemy Ukraine faces today has learned from its initial military mistakes, revitalised its military-industrial complex and mastered new types of armament. Russia has also been able to find new sources of arms supplies from some of its allies. From this point of view, Irans delivery of glide bombs and the likely supply of medium-range missiles are particularly worrying.

We are writing to you as president of the leading country in the Ramstein coalition to ask you to lift the restrictions on the use of weapons supplied by your country, and to call on the coalition member countries to do likewise, so that the Ukrainian army can neutralise military structures and equipment, ammunition and fuel depots, and military production facilities deep inside enemy territory.

Furthermore, the failure of certain European and American companies to comply with the embargo on the supply of military or dual-use technologies to Russia is in our view particularly serious. It requires a very firm response, which could consist of the creation within NATO of a structure modelled on the Coordinating Committee for Multilateral Export Controls (CoCom) of the Cold War. The committee would be responsible for ensuring full compliance with the ban on the export of any sensitive technology to countries representing a real or potential threat to the free world. In addition to Russia, these include the Peoples Republic of China, Iran, North Korea and Belarus.

Mr. President, without a much stronger mobilisation than we have seen so far, neither Ukraine, nor all the countries in the coalition, will be able to win this war. Without a shift to a war economy on the part of all Western countries, and the increase in arms procurement that this implies, Moscows strategy of buying time and banking on the fatigue of governments and public opinion is likely to pay off. We cannot allow that to happen.

Highest regards,

Signatories

Filippos Andrianos, commodore (ret.), Hellenic Navy, Greece

Vincenzo Camporini, general (ret.), former Chief of Defence, Italy

Vincent Desportes, general (ret.), former director of the Centre for Doctrine and Use of Forces (CDEF), associated professor at Sciences Po, France

Vicente Daz de Villegas y Herrera, general (ret.), Spanish Army, security and defence analyst, Spain

Eric S. Edelman, ambassador (ret.), former Undersecretary of Defense for Policy, 2005-2009, USA

Gert-Johannes Hagemann, major general (ret.), German Army, Berlin, Germany

Willy Herteleer, admiral (ret.), ex Belgian Chief of Defence

Ben Hodges, lieutenant general (ret.), former Commander of the US Army in Europe, USA
.....
....
A total of 230 government officials signed the letter.

You better save your faking energy.  ;)

You will be forced to perform "yuge" amounts of faking, when trump and his maga republican cult will cut all support for Ukraine and serve it on a silver platter to putin.

Meanwhile, Ukraine can't fly its already donated F16s, without proper training. A small reminder for you:
"In November 2023, Romania opened a training center for Ukrainian pilots to learn how to fly F-16 fighter jets"

Or, instead of faking your friends, you should focus your faking on putin's servants and useful idiots: trump, maga republicans, Hungary (and Orban, especially), and Austria... 🤮

Zero Talent, you are a victim of democrat propaganda!  ;D ;D ;D

Where did I write anything in support of Trump? These are your fantasies.

*insult removed* Biden favorably decided to allow Ukrainians to train for the F16 as early as November 2023. Thank you, at least not in November 2024 or 2025, or never at all. And who stopped Biden from giving such permission back in 2021 or at least in 2022? How much do the Russians pay him?
There is information that there are Ukrainian pilots who, even before 2022, already knew how to fly an F16.
Also, even today, no one knows when this *insult removed* Biden will allow the supply of aviation to Ukraine and in what quantity.

I have a bad attitude towards Trump, I think he is not better than Biden, but I have nothing to blame Trump for. Under Trump, the United States was not as weak, helpless and disgraced as under Democrat Biden. Democrats are a disgrace to the USA!
And we have already spoken many times, the majority of Republicans are in favor of providing the necessary weapons to Ukraine.
Orban, so who keeps Hungary in NATO and the EU? These are your friends and allies. EU countries trade with Russians, and there are no sanctions from the United States for this.
Im not writing fake news here, but facts.

And its complete nonsense when the democratic media say that only Ukrainian pilots should fly the F16. This is crap, lies and propaganda of the Democrats! There is a foreign legion in Ukraine, where any citizen from any country can fight Russian orcs. And in many countries there are pilots who know how to fly an F16 and can carry out combat missions on the territory of Ukraine.
The only problem is that Biden likes Russian Na.zis, and he stubbornly refuses to give Ukraine the required amount of aviation.

Biden's place is in prison. Here's my verdict.

We have spoken many times, but since your ostrich head is still buried in the sand, you can't see the reality. The times you are nostalgic about are long gone. Today's Republicans have an anti-Ukraine majority. They blocked multiple times Biden's attempts to offer more support to Ukraine, this month inclusive. They are my co-nationals but feel free to fak them.

Yes, that Orban.
He is bringing shame to the EU and NATO. Hungary should be kicked out of both EU and NATO. Orban blackmailed Bulgaria to facilitate the transport of russian gas, in exchange for not blocking Bulgaria's attempt to join the Schengen treaty.
Orban blocked $50 billion worth of EU funding for Ukraine.
We are only allies on paper. Feel free to fak Orban.

Austria transformed itself into nothing else but a russian oblast in the middle of Europe. They are blocking Romania's bid to join Schengen, as a way to keep Ukraine as isolated as possible from EU aid. They are blocking the exploitation of huge natural gas reserves in the Black Sea to avoid competing with russia, and keep Europe as dependent as possible on russian gas. They forced Ukraine to lift its blacklisting of Raiffeisen Bank, an Austrian bank doing big business in russia. Their former ministry of foreign affairs moved to russia and declared herself happy to live there... etc.

Feel free to fak Austria too, instead of faking your friends.

1. You use #whataboutism.
2. The conversation is about Biden and not about the Republicans or Trump.
3. I already wrote about Austria 2 days ago. Everyone already knows that the Hungarians support the Russians.

. You're using #whataboutism tactics.
You don't understand what #whataboutism is about. Allow me to clarify its definition for you.

Whataboutism is a logical fallacy used to justify someone's bad behavior by deflecting the discussion towards someone else's bad behavior.

Example: John should also be allowed to cheat on his exams because Peter cheated before.
No! Cheating at exams is bad, and even if someone cheated before, it doesn't mean that bad behavior should become acceptable.

Another example, Lizard's typical whataboutism:  russia should be allowed to be a colonial empire and attack Ukraine because Great Britain used to be a colonial empire too.
No! Colonial imperialism is bad, there is no justification for what russia is doing today.

On the other hand, Biden did a lot of good things for Ukraine's defense, Biden is Ukraine's friend (he is even taking political hits internally, to support a just cause), while the others I mentioned are its obvious enemies.

So, I am not justifying Biden's "bad behavior" by comparing it to the Republicans, to Orban or to Austria, because because Biden's behavior is the exact opposite.

What I am trying to tell you is to focus your anger where it should be: not on Biden who helped Ukraine war effort with over 100 billion dollars, but on Republicans, trump, Hungary, and Austria who are trying to block all further pro-Ukraine initiatives.

Focus your anger on them, not on your supporters. At the same time, you can always kindly ask your friends and supporters, for more help. This is perfectly fine.

Get it now?

Biden's behavior is the same as the behavior of Austria, Hungary, Trump's texts and other enemies of Ukraine and democracy. You are a Biden supporter, you listen to what he says and you believe what he says. I dont listen to what Biden says, I just look at what he has done in 3 years. He has done very little, his policies are not effective. His policies led to the death of several hundred thousand Ukrainians, an environmental disaster and the occupation of Ukraine.
Ukraine has been telling Biden what Ukraine needs for 2 years now. And Biden has been ignoring requests for 2 years.

The good thing is that we clarified that I was not using #whataboutism, and you learned something today.
You also switched your views on trump.
This is progress.
Time will teach you many other things you refuse to acknowledge today.

PS. I told you several times that I am not a Biden supporter. I am anti-trump and anti-maga. I will gladly vote for Nikki Haley or Chris Christie, instead of Biden.
But like on many other aspects, your deep-rooted beliefs are preventing you from acknowledging the reality.
