Title: How can I lift limits - EU regulation
Post by: Sebastian Radu on September 03, 2015, 08:32
Hello,

I tried to lift my limits couple a months ago but I have not succeed  >:( I sent to them all the paper (id's, credit card, and so on). I sent several emails but did not receive any answer. I attached a print screen with my account status. As you can see in the picture, at the top, is a message: "More information required to comply with EU regulations and lift your account limits" but I don't know what I must do  :-\

Thanks !

Typically for Paypal! Switch to Payoneer and won't have any problems like I did couple of years ago :) Paypal is "ok" if you don't have any other payment options.

I agree. Use Payoneer if possible. Paypal is bad business.

Thank you guys! I receive (finally) an email from PayPal and I sent to them some source cod and print screens. If the problem will not be resolved I will use Payoneer where is possible !

After several emails the problem was solved. They said it was a "bug" or something like this.
