I predict your portfolio will make $45,705.43 over the next 7 years at SS with a margin of error +/- 95%

How do you make 38 cents per sale when your total is at $20? Something looks wrong here...
Even I was thinking the same.
That was my first thought too and then I looked at the port and there is 21 pages of photos.  I think this person has been around far longer than 3 weeks and just trying to get everyone to look at his port.  Kuddos, it worked.

He'd been around for three weeks when he posted this back in December.

you said: "You have historical data,"

I only had enough sales data for a week or two.

now I have a better idea of what is going on. I estimate 1 good photo can be worth from $5 to a max of $20 annually.

I said that three days ago. But even with the three weeks you said you'd been on there, you still had historical data. Not enough to give you any kind of accurate forecast, but it's going to be a lot more accurate than people who don't have the data, and are just guessing what you might make over the period of a year.

So, based on your figures, you could make anything up to $600k a year.  Sounds pretty good. Although, you'll only find out what a 'good' photo is if and when it starts selling... better to use an average across all images.

Not even close. A GOOD photo (quality + commercial) is worth much more than that annually.

Do you take pics you don't like just to sell them? (I don't criticize you, just curious.)
I almost only make images I don't like just to sell them. I only indulge myself making less commercial images if I get way ahead of schedule, which is very rare.

I try and find the "sweet spot" in a venn diagram of what I like and what sells....luckily this is not my sole income if it was I think I would have to shoot more stuff I don't like. "Professionals" have to do more of what they dont like...Amateurs do what they enjoy.

I'm assuming he's on about one of his good photos.
