Depending on where you're located at you get a different price- you can test that by using a VPN. I've talked with them about that but there's nothing we can really do abt it.

Fotolia never provide us with the tax withholding document. And as far as I know, Adobe Stock also never send us the tax withholding document.
What I did every year was to the statistic page to calculate and screenshot (as a proof) of my tax withholding every year.
Can anyone confirm if Adobe Stock will ever send us the Tax Withholding Document of 2019 like every other agencies?
They send (on request) something that looks like this. I'm living outside the US. I know that the statistics page exists, but the ammounts reported there are in PLN (I'm paid in PLN by Adobe Canada). If my withholding tax was paid in USD (and I'm pretty sure it was) the ammount of it after exchange rates from 31st dec 2019 will differ from what I see there. So yea...

Either 0 or 100%, more like 100%. For 178 sent maybe 30-40 were accepted... P5 takes everything, AS rejects files that are crappy but I haven't had a single problem with this particullar photoshoot there. So yea...

Hi Everyone,
I've scheduled a webinar with our Senior Product Manager in charge of search this Thursday, February 27 at 2:30PM PST. It would be great if you can attend. We'll do our best to take as many questions as possible during our 45-60 minute conversation about Adobe Stock search. How you can use the tools to your advantage as a contributor at Adobe Stock. I hope to see you there!

Matt will it be available on demand the following days??
It's hosted on crowdcast so I think it'll be the same story as with the indexing webinar- you can still watch a replay if you have got the original link

Anyone of you guys noticed drop of views in the statistics tab? Now I'm getting 1-10 views (for the past ~7 days) where as I was usually getting more like 60-130 views per day.

One or more webminar (like the ones you've already did) about the right and useful keywords to use for video would be really helpful! Learning more about what exactly buyers use, words and sentence, to reach what they are looking for, this would be a great help. Thanks
+1 Q&A with the team that manages the AS search engine would be useful too My thoughts in no particular order: 1. Ability to pick a thumbnail at the time of upload / later 2. Seeing how many times items from a particular collection sold (and for how much)- something like SS already does: "Collection XYZ; 300 files, 15 sales, 297,74$ total" 3. Better way for batch editing keywords / titles on clips that are already online (ability to update them via CSV) and title/keyword database reindexing every X months / once a year (now from what I know even if we edit keywords, change their placement it does absolutely nothing- correct me if I'm wrong) 4. 2/3 warnings before an account gets blocked for uploading "simillar files"- it seemed like a big problem few months earlier here on the forums. 5. Analytics!!!1 (what searches, words made the sale, item views etc.)

Footage+matte. The clips will be twice as long, but "alphable" when downloaded in any resolution. You can't do anything about the way stock resize and recompress your content.

Check if you haven't got sth in the search box or the status/collection/type dropdown. For me everything seems allright. One thing that doesn't work for me on P5 is the statistics tab: when selecting "this month" from the dropdown I see 01-08.01.2019 perioid...

For me P5 is dead from the beginnig of 2019. Just a few sales. On the other hand SS "took" P5's place. Last year it was a different story.

Not so long ago (1-2 months?) I've tried the getty one. It was accepted everywhere I sent my clips (SB,SS,P5,AS).

With the way previews are generated and they potato like quality it doesn't matter if you shoot ARRI of phone. Light it well, shoot steady, lock exposure and keep an eye at the shutter speed. Then you'll be good to go.

When did pond5 remove the Web size files?
I think that web disappeared the day the "great news" live show was aired.

On my pc i have the same issue but i just compensate in post knowing already. Resolve and Premiere are a bit brighter, VLC is even brighter and windows media player is spot on with agencies
It's a problem with levels. VLC assumes 16-235. For "reference" viewing I'm using MPC-HC with color management enabled. In MPC-HC It's possible to choose between 0-255 / 16-235, and different gamma levels varying on viewing enviroment (2.2 for lit rooms, 2.35/2.4 for fairly dark rooms).

I'm submitting clips to AS/P5/SS/VB using StockSubmitter. Uploading via FTP using FileZilla. All of my keywording is done inside StockSubmitter and when I'm done I export a .csv which I submit to all of the agencies.
You lost me at the CSV part - what's that for?
CSV file contains all of the titles, descriptions, keywords etc in one text file. Most agencies allow to upload a CSV file. If you have got some clips waiting to be keyworded for example @ SS and you upload a CSV file with all of the necessary data for those clips everything will get keyworded from it. To export a csv from stocksubmitter you need to select all of the clips you wish to export to a csv and choose an appropriate option from the menu. When it's done it's just a matter of modyfing that .csv to agency standards (like adding a first line: originalfilename, title, description, keywords, categories; changing the ";" to "," etc.) Every agency has got a sample csv file available for download. If you're doing only photos you can embedd all of the info with for example free adobe bridge to the IPTC (or something like that) that's contained within the file. Then it's just a matter of uploading those pics and titles/descriptions/keywords will be filled automatically.
