I just realize I haven't had payment since December 2023, I saw the payment have been processed by Getty but they don't appear on my paypal account. I've tried to re-enter my paypal email on the site then I discover that an email named " [email protected]" has been entered. In December 2023 I updated my tax form to receive 3 years of income because i've forgotten to update it. The hacking is starting at this date, possibly a member of Getty ? I sent a message requesting why I don't received any payment and I guess I will have the same reply as you. This site is totally lacking of security and the interface and options are just a joke for the user, informations are not clear, statements arrive 2 months after sells, shame !

My Photography plan came back 3 days ago, not thanks to the adobe support who done nothing, I guess it was a glitch.
The Adobe support is a nightmare : I contacted Adobe 2 times by chat, they wanted me to buy new plan, later they suggest me to contact Adobe Contributor who is specific for the contributor bonus program, finally the Adobe contributor support replied me to contact the Adobe support by chat ...I gave up.

Benefiting from the annual "Contributor Bonus Program" licence mentioned in this forum, with Lightroom Classic and Photoshop 20go, tonight I had the unpleasant surprise of discovering that I can no longer use either program. My Adobe account's plan has been changed to "Lightroom 10go."
I used the host file repair tool, which fixed two entries, but it still doesnt work. I then deleted all Adobe entries from the host file, logged out, logged back into my account, updated the software, and still cannot use Lightroom Classic or Photoshopthey are locked and ask me to purchase a license.
Two days ago, I experienced the same issue, but it resolved itself within two minutes.
Now the situation seems stuck.
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?

I've checked the file number, it's matching the Adobe portfolio.
I have more than 2400 downloads for this file on Adobe stock and more than 3800 reviews on Europoster, im not sure if it means I should have at least the same amount of downloads at adobe stock, it's a huge quantity difference .

Hello, do you know this site ? I just search and find that Europosters is selling a large amount of my photos printed and framed with a lot of sales, is it legal to offer photos purchased on a microstock platform for sale online and make a profit on them? at the bottom of the page I can see other photos taken by me for sale. I've also received these emails and the reason are so stupid !! It's certainly an AI bot who is thinking instead of a Canva team member, the humanity is getting everyday so far away from this world ...

Good news again but my last year bonus plan is already finished, I can't edit any photos in Lightroom right now, does I need to wait the next bonus code to work again ? Im confused.
The new code should already be there, if you qualified.
Im qualified but the code is I guess the one from last year, I have the blue bar but it's talking about the doanload in 2022 ... EDIT : I finally exchanged the code and now the bonus plan seems to be validated, as the blue bar appear all the time I was thinking it was the one of last year. Thank you !!

Thanks to all. I sent an email yesterday and they replied me i have 895$ unpaid and beware me to be careful to follow monthly earnings because total earnings are not displayed on the site, but why  ?? I stopped to upload to Istock many years ago when they cut the earnings, so I never cared about the taxes information ... They don't precise me if they intend to pay me and when

I just discover today that I forgot to update the tax information and I see no paiement in my paypal account for a long time, i guess maybe 3 years.
I just updated the tax information today but in the site I don't know how to consult my total royalties amount not paid and how to know when they will send me all the income !!
Does someone had a similar experience with them ?

Adobe is growing thanks to the contributors, and in return become more stingy than ever, I've decided to be stingy too, I will not buy any adobe programs to feed the beast .

I have a free suscription from last year running until the 21 February 2021, I have the blue bar with the code and when im trying to run the new code it says that it has been already exchanged ! Very confused.
Ah ok I understand now, it's from last year and Adobe is not intending to renew for the contributors, so sad ... Ok back to other platform.

The Alamy team opted out for me in September for Novel use, and China + Russian distribution.
As I can see today i still have sales for 0.01$ to China.
It's an insult to all contributors and to the world of photography.
I've just sent an email today to ask for explanations.
If nothing is done Im going to close my account of this joking site.

Before I used to threatening the owner of this site by sending 4 or 5 emails each time i wanted my payout, I wrote he will have law pursuit if he refuse to send the money, at the end he always sent the money. Actually he stopped to answer to anyone and keep the money, we can't delete any photos, anything. How we can do to stop this thief Nothing and nobody can put him in jail ? Why ?

Last night I've deleted my 7000+ photos on the site, I used a mouse autoclick application so it was painless, the impossibility to select more than 20 photos at a time is already a proof of disrespect for the contributor.
I made a useful gesture for myself because some years ago I gained around 120$/month on 123RF and now it's 120$/year. Giving the work of photographers who are the co-workers for free without any consentement is a totally lack of respect, everyone should quit these gangsters agencies.
