Hi

I'm curious if anyone is having the same problem as me.
I'm uploading by ftp, and everything is ok. FTP upload log says it's  succes I can see files in the 'new upload' section.
But after editing, and submitting the files in approval status i can see " File Transfer Error -- Please check your file and resubmit."
I checked files and resubmit and it is the same.

info from support:
"Regarding your file transfer error, you need to resubmit those images again for review."

Tried 2 times with the same files...
