Bigstock.com / ftp upload problem

Hi

I'm curious if anyone is having the same problem as me.
I'm uploading by ftp, and everything is ok. FTP upload log says it's succes

I can see files in the 'new upload' section.
But after editing, and submitting the files in approval status i can see " File Transfer Error -- Please check your file and resubmit."
I checked files and resubmit and it is the same.

info from support:
"Regarding your file transfer error, you need to resubmit those images again for review."

Tried 2 times with the same files...

And one more thing

I've received a mail, probably fake because it was from a strange address ([email protected]), and veryn long link hidden under www.bigstockphoto.com. Anyway at start i thought it's real, and they are doing what they have to do, and i let it go. But it was send 15 minutes before changing my paypal address. So it should be suspended before changing paypal address. So i tried to login and... my account is'nt suspended. Here is the mail:
"Hi Michal,

Your account to prevent cyber attacks has been suspended for 12 days.

Your information will be zero at this time and after the designated time will return to normal operation.
have any questions, just reply to this email.

Same here. Payout address changed by someone. I had enough cash for payout, so i'm curious what next. Making enough cash for payout at bigstock takes 4-5 monts for me

I think they don't send money right away, but after some time, so i think there's a hope for me...

I don't have any pirate software, i don't visit any strange sites... So i think the problem is somewhere at bigstock

Last 2 months are awful. October - 6 sales!!!, November - as for now 3 sales. It's going down since July. Before - every month above 30. This is sick. Videos and photos waiting for review for a very long time.

same situation

For M images got: 0,9 and 0,5$
For L images got: 0,6; 1,035; 1,35; 1,41; 1,5$
For XL images got one of my last sales for 1,38$ - its less then for L image...

I've send them mail with this about a month ago, no answer...

I have got different situation

I had always XXL sales for $2.350, but my last was for only $0,92. Something has changed?
