Is there any way to report this kind of usage if it's not your content? https://youtu.be/XsmovdShOXo?si=iTOq-f6lF9LOlQNCI've had my own content removed from this kind of usage before but I do not see options for general theft.

I don't see Pixta on the poll results, but I do see Canstock. Is Pixta really doing so bad that they are behind an agency that closed down?

Canva sent out an e-mail saying we need to re-register for payment methods and submit tax forms.
Re-registering was simple, but the process for tax is:
"Submitting a tax form Enter and save your payout information. To find out how to set up your payout information, check our article on setting up payments. Click Submit a tax form. Click Try our tax form wizard to understand which tax form applies to you (it'll depend on your personal situation)."
BUT, I do not see these buttons to click anywhere! Anybody else having this problem? Or know where they might be found? (It's not under Payments)

Paypal has new currency conversion choices. One choice is to automatically convert money to your local currency. This is the most expensive option (It looks like a much higher conversion percent). So of course PP is making this the default option after the change. I suggest people go check and if they want to be like it was choose the third option there.

I haven't been checking on Nimia or uploaded anything new there for a long time. I tried to log in last week but could not log in. Thought I may have forgotten my password but password recovery says it is sending to e-mail but does not. I can't find any of old content on searches.
Has Nimia done that Videoblocks block thing where they drop a lot of contributors but unlike VB not tell anybody about it? I don't want to jump to conclusions but I can't think of what else may have happened.

This video about thieves stealing a package is using stolen watermarked photos. I can't report any because none of the photos are mine and SS don't care. Maybe DT will. If you see yours in first 25 seconds, you can report it. I suggest not watching more than that to avoid boosting the video rating. https://youtu.be/9trlMp0vGM8

Just got an e-mail from 123RF for "Trends to Upload for September."
What do you think they mean by that? We know they are not going to review anything uploaded now until January or March. Are they predicting next September's trends?

Is this a legit site or photo stealing site? They have large unwatermarked thumbnails and a big "Violation Notice" button which makes me think they are dodgy. https://telifport.com/fotograflar

I've had several issues with Canva since they updated their upload but have not checked my port for a while. Now I did and found one of my model releases with all the personal information on it being listed for sale as a photo. What kind of review process do they have??
admin edit: changed subject to be more descriptive

I see the online form on IS to report unlicensed usage is only for exclusive content. I understand why they would do that if the source is unknown. But I've found a few of my videos all on the same YT channel with IS/Getty watermarks still on them, so obviously lifted from their site. Is there anyway to report those to IS or do I need to deal with that on my own? I've had YT channels taken down before due to copyright strikes but the process is annoying.

I found an agency watermarked clip on a YouTube video a month ago and it was taken down very soon after I submitted a takedown notice. The thiefs have since re-uploaded the video but replaced my stolen content with the stolen watermarked image from SimonKR. I thought YT penalizes users if they get multiple complaints about the same issue. I've already sent SimonKR a link to the video (I'm not putting it here as I don't want to increase the views).

This "Professional" career advice site is using all stolen watermarked images. Some of mine there, check to see if any of yours are. All SS. http://talentmatrix.co/

Some of the sidebar links are redirecting to cnhv.com. (Sign Elements and some others, not all). Is anybody else getting this? I'm trying to figure out if this is a virus on my PC or on the site.
I advise the site admin to check the links as it appears to be the site. I haven't gotten the redirect on any other site today, so don't think it is a virus on my side.

I recently had to reset Stockuploader and redo the agency information. Since then, it hasn't been able to upload to Yay or CS. Was there anything extra or specific in the FTP information one needs to input for these agencies?
Neither is worth going to the trouble of submitting to outside of automated uploads.

I got BS e-mails in Russian and when I logged in I saw they were payment notifications. My account has been hacked and payment info changed to a Money Bookers account. I've informed BS and waiting to hear from them. I suggest others check their payout details on BS.

I got rejections on SS and BS for silhouette photos with the note:
"A reference image is required for this image."
What is required for the reference image? The photos were taken to use as silhouettes, hence lit suitably. So the originals look pretty much the same (Maybe 5% more shadow detail but not enough to make any details out).

I found this interesting as I've never seen anybody mention it before:
"[Brazil is] more difficult they have rules about models, and if you do a shoot there they want you to have armed guards with you."
This is from an interview with Monkey Business. Has anyone encountered this in Brazil?

It looks to me like this image of mine has just had the watermark on her removed. The diagonal lines on the background look like the leftovers of an agency's watermark. What do you think? The picture of the "agent" http://www.mudah.my/li?ca=9_s&id=755632&f=q#

Pixta have new FTPs for uploading footage but say that the old ones will still be working for a while. I've been using the old ones since they announced this a few months ago. Now I can't get any of the FTP addresses to work. I've tried all the locations for both old and new ones.
Is anyone else having this problem or is it my settings?

According to the tax e-mail from Canva, one can claim back the withholding tax in one's country. Does this apply to other agencies US withholding tax too?

I have decided DP is the ultimate oracle for telling me which photos I'm going to make money on.
Without fail, every time they reject a complete series with "The image is not suitable for commercial use," those photos become top sellers at other agencies.

I accept that people buying clips that don't meet their needs does happen, but I just had a refund on VB for a clip I sold in October 2015. That's a bit ridiculous. How long does it take to figure out a clip isn't suitable?
