Has anyone else had a problem loading images to be reviewed by Dreamstime in the last week?

When entered with the title, keywords etc they don't go through to pending.

I have tried a different browser but the problem is the same. $:-\$

I've received an email from [email protected] which is entitled Separate Remittance Advice: paper document number ...

I'm just below that payment threshold of $100 at $96.55

But the email seems to be about a payment of $96.57 with a Payment Number and Invoice Number.

Does anyone have any ideas about this strange email?

Shutterstock.com / Shutterstock Technical Problems Again

After problems in early April, Shutterstock contributors are now facing:-

Photos are approved but still showing as pending
Photos are approved but not displayed in the portfolio

Some of the comments from their forum:-

"You are masters at eating our earnings, but a disaster at solving technical problems"

"We decided to live under the motto - "not a day without glitches". Otherwise it will not be interesting to live."

"Drastic interventions in the system, I suppose? This has been going on for several long days, as well as a significant drop in downloads this month ... something is wrong here."

Shutterstock.com / Approved pictures not appearing in Images Portfolio folder

I currently have 6 images, approved between 1st and 4th April 2021, which are not appearing in my Images Portfolio.

There ticket feedback are saying:-

"This appears to be a system wide issue currently. The problem has been reported to Shutterstock and forwarded to the technical team and they are currently working to fix the problem, so hopefully these images will be available normally within the next few days."

Dreamstime is preventing me uploading editorial images and putting up the following message when I hit submit.

"Your need to provide a cutline."

I've had to submit editorial content as commercial.

They've accepted 8 of my images this week as commercial even though they were clearly editorial content.

Does anyone know what's going on?
