I have an exclusive account in P5 too. If you have files on P5 in exclusivity and anywhere else you are in breach of the exclusivity contract and they will terminate it if they find out. Another thing is that those P5 exclusive files can go to Adobe or Vimeo or where they want. It's their call and not yours. Reread your exclusivity contract again.
so, you asked pond5 support and got answer or it's your opinion?

and this is how my conversation with support started: me:" Hi XXXX Here is an example: I have my videos on only 3 sites, Shutterstock, AdobeStock and Pond5, if I want to be Pond5 exclusive I only need to remove videos from Shutterstock and can leave them on AdobeStock? Yes, that's right. However, I'm not sure if this will cause any duplicate issues on Adobe's end, since your exclusive content is shared with them via API. I would recommend managing this content strictly from your Pond5 account. But having shared content on both platforms is not in violation of your agreement as an exclusive artist, as long as you are enrolled in our GPP.

I think Pond 5 distributes exclusive material at Adobe. That's different than leaving it there.
Ah, that would make more sense.
Still, it would be great to have official clarification.
that's why you can leave it there, it's their deal. just ask support and write your answer here. only problem is possible double files.

They decreased the number of dl's for the lower levels, but nothing mentioned on the minimum $0.10 yet that was posted in the forums.

Once I was very inspired by the pond5 sales, but now its like 100-150$ a month. To go exclusive for that? Not even amusing. Seems that they don't invest into promotion anymore.
My depositphotos account sold more video then pond5 this month

Hi everyone!
I'm uploading my videos to only 3 sites. AS,SS and pond5, because I dont even know any other worthy upload.
What do you think of uploading exclusive to pond5 because most of my videos in last few months get rejected on shutterstock (all gets accepted only on AS and Pond5)
I do sell videos on AS also, but mostly for 28 and had one 70 usd sale.
Does exclusivity increase sale potential on pond5? your experience about it?

almost 50% lower then last year
If this continues to fall like that I will have to remove my portfolio from there.
I can stand selling for low 0.02 as long as overall earnings are great, but if total monthly earnings fall down any more then there is no reason to sell for 0.02 anymore

only waiting for adobestock "letter" and I'm waiting for too long now.
Does Adobe actually gives us any "letter"? Since Fotolia time, there wasn't any letter or anything at all. Every year, I used the Statistic Page to show me the Total Tax Withholding from 1st Jan to 31st Dec everytime and screenshot it as a proof for my government.
they did if you asked them, but they should give us even without our request because it is the law. Federal law. you can read it here: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/who-must-fileif you send the letter for withheld tax return to IRS they will accept it even that is not real "document".

I applied 2 times to Canva as contributor, both times rejected which is all fine by me, but then few days ago I find dozen of my images selling on your site via Getty image partner.
Not contributor friendly at all.
