I write to 123rf and also tried livechat with them, but they never give any answer on where is my 1042-S Tax Withholding 2019.
Is already May 2020 and they still haven't send out?
All other agencies already did.

Just got the answer from 123rf.
Looks like there is a typo error at the page https://www.123rf.com/tax/index.php
While it is still stating there as 2018, the PDF form that you can download is actually a 2019 one.
Hope this help you guys out there who is trying to find the 2019 tax withholding form.

Does Adobe actually gives us any "letter"? Since Fotolia time, there wasn't any letter or anything at all. Every year, I used the Statistic Page to show me the Total Tax Withholding from 1st Jan to 31st Dec everytime and screenshot it as a proof for my government.

they did if you asked them, but they should give us even without our request because it is the law. Federal law.

if you send the letter for withheld tax return to IRS they will accept it even that is not real "document".
