If you notice under the title it says "by Pixart", but under Laurent's it has his e-mail address I got round this by creating a new admin with user name Steve Heap and I log in with that when I am doing any work. I think Bluehost automatically create the first admin account with your email, which seems like a bad plan. Steve

I've looked at this as well, but I don't think we want to upload even more images - we need to point it at our existing ones and make sure that when you click on an image from the gallery it creates, it links to the purchase page. I'm leaving that as too much for me just now - and if I get to my 5000 images on the site, it will be an enormous and pretty useless gallery anyway. Perhaps it would make sense to choose 30 of your really best images and do the linking from image to the purchase page.
theruchos has done a nice approach where there is a display by category in the top menu. Not sure how that was done, but that is an approach that could work for me.

I don't have a Thailand picture (but I will later!!). Do your images contain keywords like panorama, landscape or view? Try those?

I don't know. I think the present approach is customer friendly - they lose their download, but they can still get it from my site. Engages them more, and doesn't make them feel like I don't trust them.

There is an issue with compound phrases - so if I have "gold coin" for a keyword, neither gold, coin or "gold coin" will find it. Leo is aware.
It would be found if I also had "gold" and "coin" as separate keywords in their own right, which is a bit of a workaround.
Are you searching for a single word?

Seconded : 2 hits 24 hours ? I've been thinking about this request - maybe I am missing something. As the system currently works, once you have an account on my site and you make a purchase, the file moves into your "download area" of your account. There you can download it to your hard drive and use it (for ever at no additional cost). Back on the site, the same image is still available. What is the damage or loss if it stays there indefinitely? I can see some logic for the buyer being able to delete or hide the image once they have downloaded it, especially if they buy a lot of images and the screen gets cluttered, but what is the focus on making this disappear after a few click? It is in a password protected area of the site visible only to the buyer - if they wanted to share the file with their friends, they already have it and can easily do that without detection. Steve

I did the search on your site. My image with stars did appear - maybe had to wait a bit for it. When I get this really motoring I think I may move again to a more powerful host where I don't share resources with everyone else!

This looks like a mess! If all you want to do is to upload your images, set a standard maximum price (I use $40) and submit to the curator, it is very easy. Two or three steps and you are there. You can also split your images up in your own folders, then upload all those that you want to assign a specific price to, set that price and submit, then ftp the rest of the images. I do that with images that need model releases - sort them, upload all the images with a particular model, set the price, add the MR and submit. Easy! Steve

Yes - the watermark is added during file upload and processing. Changing your watermark file makes no difference to images already in the system

Also, look in your spam folder. All my buyer download emails are going there. In your site, log in as the buyer and go to license and download area - the new file should be visible there for download as well

From me:
1. If you do a search for a term that doesn't exist in your partner networks, I get a whole lot of errors like:

2. If you have a compound keyword like "St Thomas", neither a search for Thomas or St Thomas finds the file. It seems like the individual words have to be keywords in their own right.
3. If you change the file reference to License Agreement in the Setting panel, and save, the reference disappears. It only comes back if you reactivate Symbio, and then it is pointing to a new instance of the License Agreement

I found the issue - I had wrongly named the logo files!!!
It works now.
Christine - can you check your logos on the "network" page. Copy the URL and put it in a browser - it should show the logo.

I wonder why that is. I have logos loaded into all the various locations in Sybio. I notice that the other site doesn't show logos either. Your site works fine in my search.

Worked for me this time. File size is slightly smaller, which is presumably because you are saving this as a JPEG with slightly different compression?
