So, how were your sales for June on Fotolia. Mine were really poor, worst month in a year. Is anybody else experiencing this or is it just me?

Fortunately I don't have this kind of problems, since I reach payout once a year. I hope it gets resolved in a year or so, when I will finally reach payout threshold...

« on: June 29, 2016, 07:43 »
So, is anyone else having problems with their sets at SS? When I go to a set with more than 100 images, it shows first 100 images OK, but when I try to click for a second page, it doesn't take me there....And at the top of that pages it shows "Showing NaN - NaN of 197 items"

I accidentally added some of the photos to the wrong set and now I can't remove them because they're on the second page. I can access second page normaly, if I browse through sets as a customer would.

So, does Alamy accepts photos of graffitis as RF or does it has to be RM, or they don't accept ti at all? I tried to submit to SS as editorial and they rejected it.
Same question for iS...

You loosers. I had 5 sales = 5,81$ in June.

Here we go again.

Yeah, real disaster if you'll receive your money a few days later.

Brexit is old news, better spend more time for the next trend

Not agree...Brexit it is not old news...Brexit it is unique. We'll talk about it much time to come, as the first country who'll leave the EU after 45 years.
Maybe if there's a domino effect with Nexit, Frexit, Dexit, Swexit and so on, otherwise only the UK will still talk about it after 45 years. British economy might collapse by then, there's already a trade deficit with the EU of 23.9bn in the first 3 months of 2016. The UK needs the EU more than the EU needs the UK

The UK is the worlds 5th largest economy not some back water and you will find the EU exports a lot more to the UK than the other way round so I think you will find the EU needs the UK more

Thats just ridicolous statement. Market of 68 milion compared to market of 500 milion?
I'm not quite sure what you are saying is ridiculous the fact that the EU exports more to the UK than UK to the EU thats a fact?

Ok, let me just say first, that personally I don't give a phuck if UK is in EU or not. I don't gain or loose anything.

And I understand what you are saying, and yes, you a right. And thats because EU has more companies that export to UK than UK has companies, that export to EU, but for those EU companies UK represent only one (small) part of market (UK's 63 milion compared to EU's 500 milion). Now for companies, based in UK, EU represent large part of market (EU's 500 milion compared to UK's 63 milion). Now explain to me, how can that be better for UK?

It was reported as PP, yes, thats why I thought they were PP sales, although it was weird that it was reported after 10 days since my last PP sales for May were reported. iStock is a real mess. One has to be genious to understand their reporting system, jesus.

Anyway, thanks.

So, those were Getty sales? Because my PP sales stoped reporting like 10 days ago, and today my balance increased overnight. Not much though, for about $3...

Why, after uploading continually, do I not see sales for weeks, then a few in one go, then weeks without, then a few in one go, etc etc ?

This is their new way to ensure that sales get distributed fairly among all contributors.  Their model is not based on the value of your work and how much effort and quality you put into it.  Those who don't really care and upload crap get rewarded for that lack of effort.

Yeah, you've said it like 100 times before. We get it. But I don't believe that's the reason, since everybody is reporting lower sales. And search was cahnged (apparently) months ago. For me, disasterous sales are only for the last two months.

Every now and then, I get e-mail about rejection for files, that were already rejected, sometimes month or more ago. But maybe, that they are rejected for free section, because I have "yes" checked.

« on: June 17, 2016, 02:50 »
I checked my stats for the first 17 days from February to June. My May and June views for the first 17 days of the month are a little bit higher then from February to April.

But If my sales continue to be this poor, it's gonna be my worst month in more than a year. About 50% less, than my average monthly earnings this year.

I don't know, how it's with DT, but with other agencies, default search is what you choose it to be. For example, if I search photos on SS, and then click on "relevant" tab, the next time, when I will perform search, it will first show "relevant" images
