Before I contact Alamy, can someone please take a look at this and tell me whether there is something I just don't understand?
How much of the amount that is listed as DACS payment should have been added to my balance? Half of it or is the shown amount already 50% of what Alamy collected? Are these two seperate payments that should both have been added to my account balance?
None of these were added to my account's cleared balance, even though they are listed as "cleared". One doesn't appear anywhere, the other is listed under "Balance carried forward", which I don't understand. Why is it carried forward (into the next month?) instead of being added to my balance now?
I am very confused about all of this, but I don't want to bother Alamy support if everything is alright and I just do not understand it.
You should go to your contributor dashboard, then go to "Download sale report" (right from where current clear balance shows), then select date range and then "invoice". I find this report much easier to navigate

I just told them that I found one of my images (with links and all) and it's been 4 months and still not reported and just asked them - quote: "Whats up with that?"  Anyways, I'll just leave it be, I'm not into this back and forth emailing. I'll wait about two weeks and then send them e-mail again. I don't expect tons of money here anyway.

Yeah, I miss those higher earning licenses on Adobe too. Apart from occasional EL's I only had two bigger sales in 7 years. One for 94 and one for, I think it was 40 or 50. The rest are less than 10, and those are also rare.

I had 7 sales in 2021 (one file was sold twice, first time $10, second time $20), 4 sales in 2020, same in 2019, but I haven't uploaded anything in probably two years. I'm not sure it's worth the time. I don't think, uploading more would produce more sales. It's more a random thing.

I got 3 more added to the free section from the 3rd wave. I'm clueless which one they are because I didn't keep a track, which ones were selected in the first two waves.

I can't connect to Canva ftp. I always get authentication failed. I used my username urospoteko ( https://www.canva.com/p/urospoteko/ is that correct?) and my web canva password, also used port 22. I alway get the same message. I use filezilla Any ideas?
