It will take some time, maybe half a year to finalize this transaction but I guess it would end up like GM acquiring Chrysler. Cherry picking a good stuff and killing rest of the competitor :-)

Oh boy, I use CPL all the time :-)
During my last trip I got discussion with a friend who claims that using graduated ND filter is waste of time if you can have the same effect in PS in seconds. I guess how inspectors think, everything is photoshopped :-)

I rented this lens for a weekend trip and I am trying to submit some photos to some sites. So far it seems they do not want this type of photos. At SS they actually rejected claiming than I am using some sort of software filter: "Effects--We do not allow autotracing, simple filters or artifical framing". I decided to keep frame so it can be visible that I used lens not software to generate this image :-)

I have heard that East Sierra is very popular among photographers at this time of the year. I am going there with couple friends for a weekend. My friend was trying to book hotel in Lee Vining and they told him that everything is booked for photography workshops :-)

Too early to judge, I got about 10 views per image so it's hard to expect anything. Way better UI than many established sites but still needs to be discovered by customers ;-)

It may provide a really interesting data. In 5 days we got average 20 Dl from 5 UL :-) Larger portfolio definitively helps but you might have 22 DL/I or 6 DL/I ;-) It's hard to see any numbers if portfolio is below 200 images with only two exceptions to this rule.

It's waste of time for me and for reviewers so I never try to resubmit. Especially on sites with poor UI like DT where I already got huge backlog of pictures waiting to be submitted so I stopped uploading until it get resolved.
