I'm amazed at the number of views all my files are getting.I hope this translated into some sales in future. I could be wrong but it seems that the number of views increments when I view my own files. In any case, the numbers are still high.

I don't believe you will have any trouble with US tax authorities when traveling to the US. However, SS is deducting taxes from you and they have to justify it. That is why they are asking for your information so they can put it in their claims. In other words, you can only have trouble with SS, not IRS (US tax authority).

Cutcaster / Re: One Image Pricing Strategy for Photo Contributors to maximize revenues« on: August 25, 2009, 01:37 »
John,
With CC, I always check "CC algorithm" when submitting photos. Can you tell us how is that price determined? Another question, recently I got a bid from a buyer for one of my pictures. Is the price quoted the full price that the buyer is going to pay, or the contributors part only? Thank you, Denis 210

91% and 68% for me. I had one false positive. Very interesting and fun!

If they take my money and file it to IRS, what for should I fill in any forms?I believe you have to fill the form because SS is required by law to collect this data. They will not take 30% of the earnings but only the part that came from the US buyers. That is, you are being taxed on the income from the US sources only. 212

Makes sense as SCSI adapters are scanned early in the BIOS boot process. However, I would have still expected at least some printout form the BIOS before reaching SCSI adapter. It must have been some electrical issue. In any case, it's good that your computer is OK.

I'm sorry about your rejections. I remember your thread from some time ago. I think you should really try to post your pictures on this forum, or even better, to get someone to post your pictures on the IS forum BEFORE the application. I would submit another application only after receiving positive reviews on the IS forum.

Computer Hardware / Re: Is my computer about to blow up?« on: August 21, 2009, 15:30 »
If you used the same cable to connect to your laptop as well, then it might be the output connector of the G5. You might want to check the pins on the connector to see if there is a loose or dirty one. Of course, as Whitechild said, it could be the cable from the graphics card to the output connector or the card itself. Cleaning all the contacts from the graphics card to the monitor might help.

General Stock Discussion / Re: BigStock Raises Payout To $50« on: August 19, 2009, 18:11 »
That's a shame as I'm close to $30. After an improvement in sales in May and June, BigStock is very quiet for me now so I may have to wait for a while longer for a payout.
