Upload process is not that slow as it is stupid They reject the most of the content which sells nice with the other agencies. They have paranoid fear of detailed file names and accept only 15 keywords which is surely not enough if you plan to build up really big and good video selling site.
Yup. Im fighting with them about those 15 keywords. No luck. Maybe more people should join my forum thread and say what they thing about this. https://forums.envato.com/t/allow-us-to-put-more-than-15-keywords-to-videos/57851

Some refresh. Anything changed on Istock Video? Are they still accepting 4K files in Prores only and selling them for the same price as HD?

I dont know how everybody else, but now when I see new sale on Envato Im not happy like before 2016. Im angry! Im angry becouse I know how much money Im loosing with every sale. All of this is of course becouse their move to US and introducing US Tax to ours (already low) royalties.
Here is Royalty structure for Non Exclusives (sale to US): HD video priced $8. Envato gets: $5,12 You get: $0.96 4K video priced $25. Envato gets: $16, You get: $3
Im still watching and waiting for their solution of this situation. If not, time will come to break this humiliation.

Yes. Disabling partial keywording it might be a solution. Ive mentioned about it to Bobby at the first time. But no effects.

Hello,
Im using Picworkflow for a long time already. In most cases I order titles/descriptions for my photos. Rarely keywords. This is not the first time that happen to me and maybe some of you experienced the same. Ive already informed Bobby about this but there are no results.
Here we go:
Ive uploaded a batch of about 90 photos to description and keywording. Titles and description are in 90% very accurate and detailed. No complain. But what is going with keywords? I dont know. Do the keyworders fighting with each other? Who the first touch and reserve his file?
To be more specyfic. There were photos from different sessions, different female models, different subjects, different situation etc. All common thing was female model on them. And what "smart-ass" keyworder did? He put easy keywords (it was copy and paste for sure) to most of those photos. There was something like this: "adult, attractive, beautiful, beauty, cute, female, lifestyle, lovely, model, person, pretty, seductive, sensual, sexy, slim, young" 16 keywords for all. Very universal, right? Easy money, right? He leve those files for days. Did not touch and add anything more. Incomplete. I had to finish the job by myself.
It is not the first time that happen.
I do not order keywording there anymore if Bobby dont do something with this problem.
Oh, almost forgot. The nickname of lucky keyworder is LEMUR (he got this nickname becouse he's fuckin lazy?) Of course there are good keyworders also who do great job. But those individuals like Lemur make bad reputation for all Picworkflow.

Try reducing "FTP threads count" in settings to 2 or 1
Ok. Ive figured it out. Its working now. Ive started OpenVPN and it uploading like a charm. Tested before again on FileZilla and it freezes also! It freezes and broke connection. I dont know why. But it works great with Proxy right now. Its clearly not a StockSubmitter fault. Thanks Niakris for your help and time. Keep your great work!

Do you have any other network devices plugged into the router (or connected via Wi-Fi) ? Can you try disconnecting everything besides the PC and try uploading for the sake of the experiment?
My PC is only one device connected to modem.

Please re-check that there is no "firewall"-related options enabled in router/modem settings left. I don't see any other reason for the problem you're describing. Such problems always happen due to incorrect firewall/AV blocking.
Firewall on modelm is off, Firewall in Windows is off. Antyvirus is disabled. Fotolia freezes all the time.

That's really weird. Try disabling "Use large buffer for FTP" option in program settings. Also you can try enabling "Use EPSV for FTP uploads". Return both of these options into original state if they won't help.
Nothing helped. Uploaded one file and freezed on second. Next time freezed on first again.

Does the freeze happen at the beginning or at the end of the upload?
It freezes in about 10% of first photo or video.

I can't reproduce your problem Upload works just fine for me.
Can you try uploading manually (with any other FTP client like FileZilla) to see if it is StockSubmitter-only problem or not?
Yes, its only StockSubmitter problem. Filezilla works always without problem.

It looks like a firewall/antivirus problem. Try disabling them (including firewall on router/modem) and see if that helps.
Disabled all. Ive Uploaded first footage and it hang out on second. Anyway disabling all my security its not a best long term solution. Any other suggestions?

Hello?
Did anyone noticed that lately lots of users register with emails @webmail.co.za, @outlook.com, @hotmail.com? All those emails are ticked as spam emails (by google search)
How to prevent this spam registrations?
