Hola Alexander, yo tambien lo veia asi hace unos dias, al parecer ya lo corrigieron ;-) I see this blue ribbon on my dashboard. We don't accept PNG's file with transparent background. I don't undesrtand!

No need to re-upload your vectors as PNG. If your vectors don't have a background and have an artboard/canvas of ~10MP, we'll automatically process a transparent PNG version of them as an option for customers. As we're doing currently when offering JPG's on top of the Vector download. At first this option might only appear for recent vector uploads, we'll process the backlog as we can.

i try to upload my vectors (only eps files) directly via their site (i put the metadata inside the eps file in adobe bridge) and it work better than the ftp, it upload in seconds to my portfolio, but they are waiting for review for long time as always... try it! How do you upload vectors to canva, I mean, do you upload eps file and jpeg in zip file, or just eps.?
I use ftp - EPS + JPG (with metadata embedded).
Lately they made it possible to upload vectors directly via their site, but they ask for the metadata to be included in a CSV file. I don't want to do this extra work, so I prefer the ftp method.
I embed metadata in the JPG file and that works for almost all agencies.
