After you filled the for where did you send it? By mail to Germany or by e-mail?

Hello, I withdrew 64,78 EUR from Zoonar and received just 54,53 EUR with Fee-negative 2,20 EUR so 52,33 EUR total in my Paypal. I wrote to them but no answer till now. So some 15% tax. Is there any tax form I should fill and send? Thank you!

This announcement closely followed by a flurry of refund emails. I hate IStock.
Got one (my very first in 2 years) refund email, too. A coincidence?
Me too.

Yes, FT deserves the spot, but it deserves to be much closer to SS, not to IS. In my opinion this can and will happen only when FT introduces some kind of editorial section.

It is just s bug. I've sold "new" files and the graph shows 0. The problem is in the graph, not the sales.

I'm a Getty moment contributor. I checked my reports for last 6 months. Recorded minimum is $0.40. These are exclusive images, we should at least get paid $1 per download.

Personal record - from 2015 - 0.03
What sort of contract you are having with them? Are you a Getty moment contributor?
I might have misled you... Those are G.I. Connect (Monthly) sales through IS. Not exclusive of course.

What about footage? Do agencies accept the quality from a phone?

At the site they say you should send your footage via hard drive to the UK. Isn't there a ftp upload system for video?

I export quicktime, photo-jpeg at 90% quality.

Do not convert at PayPal. What I did is opening an USD account in a bank in my country so I withdraw without converting. Now I'm keeping an eye on the USD/EURO rates and convert my $ when I'm satisfied. Or you can just tranfer them to your bank and they (the bank) will convert them at their rates.

Hello, I'd like to know our opinion on should I be adding some motion in my timelapses in post production. Is it more attractive to the buyer? And if it is better, what motion do you think is suitable - panning, tilting zooming in/out, any combination...? Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Got my first sale yesterday. I'm have 3 000 images for almost 4 months. But it was less than one hour work of uploading so it is good enough for now for me.

How are sales there?

Start with IS, SS and FT. Trough rejections you are learning the business.

That's great! I expect this from every other agency. I'm not a specialist but it doesn't seem so hard to me.

Does anybody know how can I log in to my Demotix account?

It should be some kind of a discount for a bigger quantity of videos purchased. As a buyer I would expect it, as a supplier I will do it... just happened to be a contributor

What do they want? Editorial?

You determine the price, no matter the count of downloads. $10 is nothing for footage. Videoblocks sells it at $49 and there you get 100% commission. So I price my clips at least at $49 at Pond5. I don't want to see the same thing happening to footage as happened to image prices.

If you set $50, the buyer pays $50 and you get $25.
