Limits were raised because vector inspection turnaround is so fast and we've brought on some new team members. They have been raised twice in the past few months, before this project started: They're totally unrelated.

Yes, we all got our $12 on 10/31/12 or so.
Maybe that exclusives get that pity payment but I can say an nonexclusive I don see nor a fcki n dime. Can other nonexclusives tell about they experience.

I don't know about lawyers, but when you go to your doctor it is usually not a good sign if he calls you 'an interesting case'.

For now I find one of my image on GoogleDrive.
First I asked IS customer support to take my image down from GoogleDrive.
They told me something like this:
"We continue to work with Google on improving the OBVIOUS ISSUES with the implementation of our content within Google Drive?!?"
and IS customer support continues with:
"Google holds a LEGITIMATE LICENSCE license to use these files so opting out is simply not an option."

If it is not option to redeem my image/s which IS/getty sold it to google, then you are responsible to compensate me with right license lets say "SELL RIGHTS LICENSE" to compensate my property.
(Anyhow? Did they show us contract or any coherent idea WHAT IS ALL ABOUT, three weeks are going to pass?)
Also I must to mention that as I read compensation (in this hidden deal) for this images at GogleDrive is whooping 12$ from which I DONT't SEE a DIME.
After number 12 I only expect to add few zeros lets say 3 zeros after number 12 and we can talk about Proffesionally compensation.
WHERE WE NOW and WHAT WE HAVE?
- 3 WEEKS of silence from IS/Getty so they are willingly impotent and with that silence malevolent?
- Very Professional while my image/s are unprotected and prostituted on GDrive.
- NO ANY DIME FOR NOEXCLUSIVES in this SHT!!!

-First of all sorry on rude words because all situation which is 2 weeks old make me angry without any coherently explanation from you side. From you QUOTE that YOU TREAT ME PROFESSIONALLY there is question for myself: Will you be my image provider or not. You don't give me choice to OPT OUT with this Third or Fourth kind of arrangement. Actually you force me to sign that fuzzy murky agreement (I just want sell my images in way as you site is doing from day one without unclear conditions.)
I understand actions as giving free images as promotion in adds or other actions, but that not means that my images can be given for free which any Google drive user can use Professionally, redistribute it and without any back link and with stripped image data and without any compensation to me or other authors which images are involved in this "famous deal" with Gogle.
Conclusion
You sad: Gogledrive is clear because they have "legit license" as you answer to me. Means that any free Gogledrive user can do with my image in the way what they want.
This kind of Selling/or Reselling FULL Image Rights was not represent to me/(us other contributors) for 2 weeks while my/other images are vulnerable and exposed at Googledrive as feeding frenzy.
I remember last year we finally to get rid of pirate "share" plunder sites and this year starts with Instagram crap and now with you unclear deal with Gogle.

During weekend I will provide her history of this sht whats happening.

The Google Drive controversy, this sudden drop could be the cause.
Maybe smacks from H/F Greddy/IS find they own way how to drive more visits to be more pliant for sale to other greedy rapacious locust company/s. Keep us on tracks with stats. Any deal that Getty is getting money in their pocket for, made possible by my (and your images), but that we do not collect a royalty on, is a scandal and deserves attention.
My legal team and I do not quite know what to do here. Is the current situation as follows: The photographers will not get any royalty from the Google deal, images are licensed for free? Are there any news out there that we have not heard off? Is this license not basically a very liberal "extended" license for which we should receive normal pay? How is it possible for Getty to avoid this?
I am meeting with Getty Executives Monday the 28 in London to discus this among other things. Are there updates on the matter of significant character.
If I am in you place Just in case, I would take a baseball bat with me for easier negotiation.
