Hi friends,
have you a very long waiting time when Stock Submitter loading metadata ?
Every time I open the program or refresh it, I have to wait several minutes before it's ready.
Is there a solution to this issue ?

DP had one of the easiest editors in the stock world, but they have a hit and miss this time. The new editor is seriously not easy to work with. Its buggy and its a step backwards.
its not working properly.
I cant submit files with words that are not recognized by the system. It says the words are misspelled but they arent, but I cannot bypass this warning. I cant submit my images now.
the old editor was working like a charm.

My acceptance rate on FT is 86% (80% travel in my port) ... and it is better that my AR in SS (80%) and IS (76%).
Today, strange day ... 13 sales on FT and only 4 on SS (usually it's the opposite).

No, regarding my latest 40 images: 37 accepted, 3 rejected. And the rejections were on my worst files.
I have some issue with IS and their "overfiltered" rejection. I upload few high quality images (i work hard in PS otherwise will not sell) but IS often want a snapshot quality ... FT want images with a lot of postproduction, IS don't want postproduction.

I have a small port, but only newest images sell very well. If i upload good images, sales go up for 2/3 months and then stop ...

As my commission rate is 17% it seems reasonable to assume that a newbie will be getting about 6c per month per approved upload, but only 3c per month per upload if he has a 50% rejection rate. With initial upload limits of 5 or 6 per week, that works out to maybe 25 files per month getting uploaded, giving a yield of $0.75c in the first month $2.25 in the second month $3.75c in the third month, etc. However, that could translate into no sales for a couple of months and then $5 all at once.
Even if he uses up his entire upload allowance every month, it is hard to see an average newbie getting to a payout within a year (whereas back in 2004 I was able to make $300 in six months).
I'm newbie and in IS this is my 9th month and I've got 2 payout. My RPI (with PP) in July was 0,21 and 0,24 in August. (Port of 243 img). I think that image quality is very important ... my worse picture don't sell ...

I finally got a sale at IS. After 6 days. So it's site related, I don't know if it is a bug, but yesterday I've noticed I got some views after many many days without.
Yes, yesterday i've got three sales after 6 days and today another ... but IS has many bugs after recent update (zoom, lightbox ...)

I stopped checking rejected images long time ago. It's good for my mental health. :-)
The only site where I check rejections is Shutterstock because their rejections have influence on my earnings. Rejections from Veer or Crestock don't change significantly anything except size of my portfolio.
+1 ... and lately SS has many strange rejections (grr..) ...
