If you are shooting with crappy camera it seams the magic word for avoiding noise and other problems with revievers is to write in description field:

 The grain and texture added.???!!!!!!!!!!!!??!!??????!??!??!!!!!
what?!??!???!

http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-photo-13309681-smoken-women.php?st=379e824

and after that you can go to veta class!?
Grain is NOT added it just noise from crappy camera with lobotomy filter. This is one example for they non popular image.

what?

Conclusion:
1. You must be exclusive
2. Must have cheapest camera + filter forge crappy fake filters
3. Shoot things when you are in * age and woilaaa
4. Lobotomy revievers will make u a star because they approved you images on market

WooYaajjj

Conclusion after conjclusion:

best part only for youre ears:
You must be exclusive for "small-time cattle"
eg iStock  ;D
and thats way to lets say success.

Wow I just discovered that I use wrong naming for iStock
Usually in my anger and against posts for iStock I use phase "Cattle with little teeth" but accordingly real name for it is:
"small-time cattle" ("iStock sitnog zuba") (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zagreb_crisis) on the bottom of the page under "Protest and resolution"

Based on quality execution, art direction, technical skills and concept creativity, which photographers impress you the most?

My list in random order:
- DNY59
- skodonnell
- kasiam
- pixhook
- blackred
- nikada
- yuri arcurs
- lisegagne
- hidsey
- peepo
- Floortje

I really like Casarsa, he's Slovenian like me, great, creative stuff, nice postprocessing. Out of those you mention I like peepo (a bit too artificial postprocessing in some cases, yeah I know some of the images are illustrations/3Ds or however they're called). Lise is awesome, creative and has great concepts, crazy too at times. Nikada is pretty good too (great photos, just not as different as from the 2 I mentioned, not that different from main stream). Others are just boring, artificial, stereotypical stock photographers. Awesome in every way of course, great photographers, but you can see they're slaves to the industry since everything they shoot, they just do it to maximize sales. No joy whatsoever in it. They're like top businessmen, ultra successful, loaded, but not really happy and without any free time. Usually, I hope most of them don't fall into that category.

It's interesting to go through the macro libraries sometimes, you see so much more natural looking photos, real life stuff, often simple and yet so incredible at the same time. Micro is just so fake with all the super saturated photos, cheesy smiles (usually with those horrible fake white teeth), so American. You can find great concepts, but they're more rare than on macros and often just copies.

You even forget that this kind of processing is forbidden for most non iStock exclusives.
eg (This image appears to be over-filtered/over-processed which has affected the image quality. This may include Photoshop filters & effects (over-sharpening, excessive adjustments to levels, curves, contrast, hues, gaussian blurs, saturation, added textures, noise reduction...) or other manipulations. We feel the image would have more value to designers with minimal or no post processing effects so that the designers could add their own post-processing effects. Some images can benefit from minor touch-ups to grab the viewer?s attention and there is no definitive line to what editing makes or breaks a great image but the end result should be a single image that can still be molded into a design. Inspectors judge images based on quality, composition and usability. If you require further explanation regarding this rejection, please submit a ticket to Scout blah BLAH) or other lunatic delusion explanations...

Last week I try to use its search engine and results are NONE for any common word.
I know Safari on Mac is buggy especially if you dont shut down comp for weeks and clear up browser cache, but imagine potential buyer who is on they site and cant find anything.
I dont buy on iStock because of my own principle, but I have client who need medicine nurses in front to make poster for sign in mid medical school and we didnt find suitable image on Dream (or its to uniform/common or to much sexy). So I try to find suitable image on iStock but search engine didnt show any result. :)
I dont know is it problem with buggy Safari or lack of iStock site to support all browsers or it is just one of million gliches on iStock.
Anyhow, we choose some common image from Dream while I talk 1111111% totally negative about iStock, how they are, how they treat contributors like in chinese sweet shops etc etc.
Even they search engine didnt work at all  ;D
(This day when I try to search anything)

This post is maybe for thread "Buyers bailing the iStock"  ;D

I didnt post anything bad long time ago about how they are natural greedy *insult removed* because I am to sick to think about them that they even exist.

iStockPhoto.com / Re: More Getty content on iStock
« on: June 08, 2011, 20:43 »
Jaw-dropping, really,  some of the stuff that comes out of people's mouths over there.

Once Getty sees certain contributers standards, how good their work is and how well it sells, Istock admins will push those people in the right direction like they did with agency files. Neither Istock or Getty is going to give up the chance to make money on our skills and the people that excel will be noticed now.

Yes but for last year and ago we must call things with real names.
iStock or (iStock, milking cattle) = *insult removed*
Getty = Just Greedy

General Stock Discussion / Re: New Microstock Keyword Tool
« on: May 31, 2011, 21:26 »
Wow cool
In first impression tool is great.
I think font and red areas are too big. You dont need bigger font for most pop words. Try to make it more compact. Just to fill one screen without scrolling. on left side you can make 5 or maybe 7 columns. On right side space is not significant to so big to be in half of the screen like just now.
1/4 will bee just enough maybe 1/5 of size which is now. Or just enable users to slide )now hidden) vertical bar of frame where they want.

Very sick for non bull market todays. Or very infantile market like dolly houses and stuff like that...

General Stock Discussion / Hanging Bridge pattern?
« on: May 11, 2011, 19:19 »
Hi!
I overlap my earnings graphs from last years and see lets say pattern on earnings thru months (dimmer graphs are from previous years 2010 and 2009). I must say that I am lazy on shooting and uploading but I have some constant in uploading about 2-5 per week during this years.
Additional peeks are from rare Alamy sales, so without Alamy pattern will be more accurate.
Do you also have similar pattern or it is just me?

iStockPhoto.com / Re: iStock expanding
« on: May 07, 2011, 17:36 »
Why they just set up action like in photoshop for images which have clipping paths, then knock them out in new layer and then SaveAs PNG If it is the case from postings before lobotomy answers from kely Konjson who seams dont know nothing about anything?
Just how to fart and run around the tree...

Dreamstime.com / Re: Dreamstime is going nuts?
« on: April 18, 2011, 19:41 »
They also misleading us to make new images with new cameras with same concepts, and after that this is what is happening.
Maybe they are just earning more with 3-5 level images from old 4-6 mpix noisy cameras then with new 18-24 mpix at level 1.

Lovica sjela s PPa na Pijonirov virt acc
Sve 5
Stvar fercera, adio potencijalni porez
 :D

273
Npr. meni dolazi s Drima, Stoke i Vera.

274
What a stupid question form newbee OP?!
Question is in class how many times you have sex with wife eg per day week month, or for what you vote for or whats you income...

275
