I've had more EL's with StockXpert that from most other sites. The only place that beats it istock.

I found that 'uploading new files with normal form' has stopped working for me if I try to do 5 at a time but it worked perfectly for me several times if I just uploaded 3 at a time.

I uploaded 15 (5 at a time) by simple upload yesterday but when I tried to do another batch it wouldn't work. I tried 3 times and then gave up so I'm just going to leave it a couple of days until they sort it out. They were reveiwing them within minutes of editing.

The buyers are much cleverer than me. I have been selling well since v2. Today so far I have sold 6 images to 4 different buyers but when I try to find any of these images using any of the important keywords I get 0 results. I have no idea how they are finding the images. Anybody got any idea?

In 'your earnings I'm not showing as having sold anything yesterday but by 'total sales' I have sold 18 since the day before. Anybody else noticing this?
Huh, So much for my 18 downloads, it was a glitch and I only got 4.  Thanks to those that replied to this

I'd rather remain anonymous here as I then feel I can say what I like about any site but my portfolio is almost 100% people shots(not business).

I've been selling for about a year now. I nearly gave up uploading as the sales were so slow at the beginning but the last few months have really taken off. Even now new images seem to take a while to get going.

When they change the best match the site doesn't lose sales over it, but individual contributors see an increase or decrease in sales. If they never changed it the same people would get the best exposure always. This time it has worked out very well for me the last time it killed off most of my best sellers but I was lucky enough that a few of my new ones took off. It's all swings and roundabouts.

Yesterday was my best day this year on istock. I beat this figure a few times at the end of last year but this year I have had the same amount of downloads once but have never beaten it.

Many of my images have no keywords at all. With others, important keywords (like name of the town) are missing.
Anybody else is experiencing this?
My 13 most recent uploads have no keywords. My older images seem to be ok.

Maybe it takes 5 days and they want to be ready on Monday..

The good news is that my sales don't seem to have been affected by the latest change. The bad news is they are down overall now that exclusives are once again getting preferential placement, and I had my first zero DL day in nine months on Sunday. 
What makes you think that exclusives are getting preferential placement? I'm not exclusive and my placement in the searches is much better than it was before the re-shuffle and my downloads have gone right up. I have lots of my best sellers that were lost for the last couple of months back up and selling and turning up on the first and second pages of searches.

You can change that in advanced search and when they get it working properly you will be able to save your default so that it always shows whatever information you choose.

By far the best week ever on StockXpert but fotolia is down for me this week. Istock and dreamstime are doing great but ss is down a bit as I haven't uploaded so much this month

If you are exclusive with one agency you can't sell any photos even rejected ones anywhere else with an RF license.

I'm not exclusive and my dowloads have rocketed since this best match change. Previous best sellers that lost out in the reshuffle a couple of months ago are back up and selling and coming up in first page searches so I don't think that exclusiveness has much to do with it. It seems to me to be more based on dowloads/month.

They changed the best match on the 4th, which has worked in my favour this time. Lots of best sellers that virtually stopped selling since the last best match change have started selling again. Also make sure that you have disambiguated because all files that haven't been went to the back of the search from the 4th.

I spent an hour at it and got quite a few chosen. Not so much for the 30c but because I love to see my images in action and we will probably get to see them as there is a link to the website.
