Thank you so much.  I don't know how I missed it.   I was looking in 'My Account' instead of dashboard.

It's a shame that Stockfresh don't sell much as they are are one of the nicer sites to work with.

I haven't taken a lot of notice of what's going in on this site, only to go in and get a pay out from time to time.  I have just been and had a look and of about 140$ earnt in the last 30 days about 40$ was deducted in tax and 77$ deducted in fees leaving me with 23$ !!   I'm sure it didn't used to be like that.  Has something changed.  I think I used to average about 70$ a month before not 23 !!

It's because you haven't filled out the tax forms. Same forms you have to fill out at Shutterstock, Dreamstime etc.

They are withholding 30% US tax and if you are non-exclusive your normal rate would be 36%.

The big problem here is that they probably withheld 30% tax from 80% of the sale price (BEFORE author fees) which of course is what everyone is pissed off at.

Simple solution is to fill out the tax forms and hope you're from a 0% tax treaty country.
That makes sense thanks.  I'll go and see if I can find out how to do it.

They decided to make our lives complicated by declaring themselves as a market place, rather than the agency they really are.  There are possible tax complications and I decided it really wasn't worth selling through them when they did that.
Thanks, that's crazy getting just 23$ from 140$ !!!!!

Some of my best sellers are 10 years old and would never ever get appoved nowadays. In their time they were quality images but I wouldn't even try to upload them anywhere now.

I've gone from earning over a 1000$ a month to probably not even reaching a 1000$ for the whole of this year.  I think it's time to say goodbye.

And what is the result this days?
NOTHING ZERO NADA
Only automated response that they escalated my email to Contributor's Support team, for their further action.
BLA BLA BLA....
Probably too many of us doing that now ;)

My images are taking a long time to be reviewed. Are others still experiencing this delay?
I just got a big batch reviewed over night.  Previously it had been taking a couple of weeks and sometimes even then I would have to write to them to ask for them to be reviewed.

My sales still show zero.  I emailed 123 to get that resolved but my month is low.  For the last 18 months I have been at about $200 a month and came in at $110 this month and $80 last month. Must have been a search shift of some kind.
I'm the same.  Usually about 200$ but for the last 2 months just over 100$ a month

123RF / Re: RF123 Earnings page down for you too?
« on: October 18, 2016, 12:58 »
The first time I click on 'earnings' it goes to the 123RF front page then I have to click on it again to go to my earnings page. This has been happening every time for weeks now.

My advice is that you don't contact them unless you have really strong reasons to suspect that they are stolen.  They don't have to credit you or the site they bought them from.  It wouldn't be good business to alientate buyers by harassing them.
Sometimes an image can have a watermark still on but has been bought legally. I saw a case where a photographer started threatening a site for using his images illegally and it turned out that they had just accidently left the comp image up after buying the image.

I believe that Matt came in and said that it was not necessary to sync them for the images to appear at both sites but that there are advantages to doing it.

I just looked and September was my worst month last year and one of the worst the year before.  Not such a big drop as this year though.

I usually make about 200$ a month and haven't hit 90$ yet this month.
