Seems to be about 5-10 days for me now.
Agree. But as I already said about CS, long review time is not a problem. Problem is that I sell on CS every month less and less. With less I mean 3-5 $ on month with almost 1700 photos. So what, CS is dead for me. Thanks God, other stocks not.

It would be interesting to know how many exclusive contributors quit IS exclusive status this year. Any info? And You?

Do you mean DT or FT?

I dont believe in DT views stat. For example: one photo theme with 5 pics, one pic has 25 views, other 0. Same keywording...
Not a big problem, but fair play is fair play, agree?
BTW, DT on top of Middle Tier - NEVER !
Same story again and again, I know.

Any pro stock video sellers out there that can answer this...
Which are the best (most saleable) video settings for the 5D Mark III. Pal vs NTSC, framerate etc?
Perhaps I just answered it myself as the Shutterstock Video site says
We are asking that film clips try and abide by the NTSC standard of 29.97fps (frames per second) with a time limit no longer than 60 seconds. http://submit.shutterstock.com/guidelines.mhtml
For quick referance here is the pond5 submit guidelines. http://www.pond5.com/document/video_requirements.html
I'd still be interested to hear people's thoughts.
Hi, my settings: ISO 160, 320, 640, max 1250 Shutter 50 PAL 24 FPS for "movie effect" or 25 FPS Manual AF is on LIVE MODE I use MPEG Streamclip to convert in PHOTO JPEG 90 % - 95 % All accepted: SS, IS, P5 I am familiar with Magic lantern as well. Great because of Zebras, Focus peak, Magic zoom... Also Audio settings are great... Kind regards

They still sell, but they don't pay. My pending payment is now approaching 3 months.
Ok, then is even better, that I have NO sales there. Small portfolio, but same videos are good earners on SS, P5.

It is true, the first guy who is able to shoot "confident alien businessman" and "happy seniors boarding UFO" will make a lot of money.
Brilliant idea. But, Pssst, not so loud. Yuri is watching... and already thinking about...

Dreamstime is nr 4 or so out of the 12 I submit to. I find a strange phenomenon. Just before I reach $100 every time, like at $98, suddenly my sales stops for weeks! I know it sounds very conspiracy theory, but very weird... A nice way to save cash-flow for them....
Well known scenario. Not only on DT. I wrote about this already.

^ I prefer the bad Shutterstock RPD with hundred of downloads every month to the excellent Dreamstime one with two downloads a month

Even if I had 1 sale per month, I will continue supporting CS just out of principle, based on the agencies general attitude and devolution. What Duncan said is not a marketing ploy, as I can confirm from all my dealings with him, that he is a person of integrity (something one can barely say of 5% agencies around).
Nice! Will You continue supporting CS also with ZERO, NADA, NULL sales? My sells on SS, DT, FT are rising but on CS stopped. 25 days not even one sold, 1300+ photos. Upload and forget is NOT my system. My system is upload and sell !

Here in the Netherlands (which I think has the same tax laws as it's a EU country), when I sell something directly to the US or a non-EU country, I have to charge 0% VAT and the only tax I need to pay, is Dutch income tax. No need to worry about an ITIN or paying taxes to the US.
Do You have information if US TAX office sending infos about "our stock business" to Tax offices in EU countries ?

99c ?? You have some nice photos which are not crap, so is the price unreasonable low. Total personal degradation! In your country is this called damping, agree? Think again.
