Are videos on Videohive reported in real time or once per month? For example, if you go to Videohive/YourUsername/Portfolio, the list of accepted videos show up, and next to them it shows number of purchases. If one would buy one of those videos for example, today, will it show there, or do you have to wait till the 10th of the month or whenever Elements earnings are reported?

Thats the problem, apparently 3 sales have been cleared on the 17th of April (see image attached), account balance shows only 1$ (I had 0 before that) so in reality only one sale has actually been cleared. If all three has been realy cleared, I should have about $5 in my balance.

So, when I go to main contributor dashboard on alamy, and then to "Download sales report" and then select "Date of invoice" and current date, it shows that 3 payments have been cleared on 17th April. (image). But if I choose "Date of Invoice" and current date, it only shows one (the one that was purchased on 29.10.2018) payment cleared. Also, my balance shows only 1$. Is this correct or is this some glitch or sth? Or I just don't understand how this cleared stuff works?

Same here, lots of rejections, I had multilpe 10$ sales each month, last month only one, this month none yet, back in the day, I would have at leat 1 or 2 by now. Disaster.

Can someone tell me, what's the payout limit on Pond5 and if it's automated process? I know it was 25 or 28$. I have 40$ on my account and it's still there. so I'm not sure, do I have to request payour, or did they raise payout limit or it just hasn't been cleared yet?

Wov, I just checked and my images pending from like July last year have been reviewd.
And all accepted. I guess that's a reward for not bothering them with e-mail. I actually contacted them once 2 months ago, but it wasn't right email and they gave me some other address to contact which I didn't.

For me, it's doing great this year. January best month with number of downloads earnings also good, February only 2 low sales, this month three decent 2 digits sales, so I'm happy with the results. And also I found one of my images on google today.
