Ok - for some reason I have to sign in again rather than just use whatever hs been stored in my computer memory.
My 'usual' password doesn't work - but maybe that is because I have had to use another one at some stage and I have forgotten it. Maybe......
Request new password.
Get the email and link.
Go to link. Add and confirm new password.
Get message: FAILED TO UPDATE PASSWORD.
Sigh........

I'm amazed that anything sells in some categories....any identifying Latin names of plants/animals are generally not available as keywords, a large number of fairly common names of plants/animals are not available, the vast majority of specific locations are not available, any local food speciality is not available....
OK, I could wriggle through the wretched forum systm and put in a request and wait a few weeks...but seriously???!!!
Edited to add: not to mention the WEEKS for review so anything remotely topical/seasonal is out of date! Herrumph!

I've been playing with this (despite concerns about Google data gathering).....
Does anyone use the Final Sharpening effect for stock? I like the look, but fear it will fall under the 'thou shalt not sharpen anything' rules of the microstock sites.....
I usuallly do a tad of high pass, but nothing more.....

One or two good sales on Alamy can change everything, but they are as rare as hen's teeth.
For me, Alamy is well behind FT and DT - even on a good month. And I haven't had one of those for...well...months!

I've just had a couple of these for images highly topical regarding the EU UK at the moment.
It says not to resubmit. But there used to be an appeal type system - maybe the reviewer in whever-it-was didn't understand the images?
OK - it won't make me rich one way or the other. But looks like a missed opportunity for my pics....
Any thoughts?

Thanks to everyone for their help and suggestions. Much appreciated! I doubt I will ever provide much sompetition, but another string to the bow may be helpful. If the camera is ok then I have little to lose. I'm thinking Adobe Premiere Elements for software. Sound sensible? Free trial and all that....! PS Like the look of the DMC-G7 but no in camera stabilisation could be a pain as I have several Olympus lenses....
