They said it had been paid I'm not really worried - just wanted to know when I SHOULD be worried 
They send out two notices. One that is a PDF file with your payment amount but you don't receive the actual payment until a week or so later as PB points out.
I've never had any sort of notice - email, PDF, anything. The money disappears from my Alamy account sometime near the beginning of the month, and a few days later shows up in my bank account.
I receive the pdf file but still waiting my payment in paypal account.

But I don't receive any "note" on "the last day" 
It doesn't say you'll receive a note.
It says 'a note will be make of your balance'.
Meaning they take note of it, because that's what you'll get paid.
So, according to: "Step 2 - On the 5th day of the following month, the amount noted in Step 1 is removed from your balance", today my numbers should be 0, but, I still have over 100 $ in my account

Did they take the money out of your account at the end of April? (Actually the money comes out a few days into the month, but it's the amount from the end of the month)
Do they know your preferred payment method and correct up to date details?
Nop, I still have all the money in my account. Maybe it will be done on 25 June, ho knows ?! But I know for sure that on 30 April in my account was more then 100 $

I looked in PP but I don't see a date of download, only File, Edit, Approval date, DLs/mo, Partner Program DLs (iStock DLs) and Royalty.

Everything went through just after posting. I have all my stuff online now. Approved 2 days ago, just got indexed, already at page 7. They didnt even get the chance to be on the front page.

No troll here, if you don't value the small you don't deserve the big.
It seems I have a larger task before me than I have anticipated at first, but I will try.
Do you think making 3D models or icons for shutterstock would sell for me better?
Maybe I post some of my work tomorrow.
My opinion is to do what you love because you love it, not to earn those 400$. When you do what you love time is running out differently and you realize that you do great sacrifices to continuously improve your technique without feeling as you get tired. First you have to make good photos, not money ! I wish you success and make decisions with heart

Whenever.
Look on your My Alamy page, and under the overview tab you'll have a message saying:
"Current Cleared Balance: $XX We'll pay you once your balance is over $75."
Which means that you'll be paid at the beginning of the month after your cleared balance is over $75. It depends on the deal your buyer got how long it will take them to clear. Could be instant, could be months; sometimes they default.
Or if your message indicates that your Cleared Balance is already over $75, it will say you'll get paid on the 1st of May, which may not mean literally the first of May, probably the next UK banking day.
Thx. My Cleared Balance is 0 unfortunately. It's been more than 45 days but I will be patient
