Alamy.com / Model release« on: January 21, 2019, 13:31 »
I've never uploaded anything which would need model release so I'm new to this. I found this model release from alamy https://www.alamy.com/contributors/alamy-model-release-form.pdf
Honestly, I don't understand how this works. Does this has to be printed, signed, scanned/photographed and then uploaded again. Does all releases requeire photo of a model (in my photos only hands are visible) Do I have to put photo of a model even if only hands are visible? Do all releases require photo of a model? 380

Also, the amount I should be payed is around 130$. But in Summary it says I'll get 97$. My tax for US is 5% so something here is clearly wrong.
Also, when uploading stats to todayis 20, the earning for my bestseller file shows 1,63$. but when I click on image, it was sold about 30 times and amount should be much higher. Something is wrong with this stats. 381

Very bad January. Getty deal is probably reason for dropping sales.
Deal: I think they put getty images into their database or something like that. 384

Is it possible to see zooms for more than a year back?
P.S. I found one of my photo that was zoomed a few days ago on https://www.newscientist.com/. Anyone had sale there? What $ should I expect? I know it's a stupid question, but whenever I find one of my photos online from Alamy, I'm really curious how much will I get. I found one on washingtonpost 2 months ago and 1 month later I got 40$ (sold for 80$ gross) Sure didn't expect that much. I thought it would be something in the ~10$ range. 388

This portfolio is a text-book anwser to a question "Why I don't have any sales despite adding thousands of images". Dude, I checked first 10 pages for fresh content and it's basically same stuff page after page. How many peeople, do you think, need so many images of earth and country on it? Đeez

I guess, the good news is, you still get .35 for .90 sale. Bad news is, you still get .35 for 1.40 sale.

Anyone else had or noticed this 1.40$ sales? I had one week ago but noticed just now. My share is still only 0.35$.

Adobe Stock / Re: How to contact Adobe as a contributor.« on: December 11, 2018, 12:23 »
I didn't get an e-amil and my tax is apparently still valid but now I'm getting 30% witholding instead of 5%.

Adobe Stock / Re: subscription sell 0.27 Credits« on: December 11, 2018, 11:19 »
I have same problems. Something is wrong with tax witholding. Go to "#My credits" and you'll see. I get 5% ( Tax treaty with my country) less but now its 30%.
This must be some glitch. Ok, one sale was ok (5% witholding), two were 30% tax witholding. There must be something wrong here. For 0,99 US sale I get 0,94, and today I got 0,69. Something is wrong here 397
Shutterstock.com / Re: My Shutterstock account hacked« on: December 04, 2018, 12:21 »
captcha is for preventing automated bots to log in, not for anti-hacking. When the system is hacked, thousand users would be affected, not just one or two. Hackers use brute force to try to guess pasword and that how it was probably done. I'vve had few occasions in the last months, warning from google that someone was trying to login to my email acccount.

I think, after a week it would be already refunded. I had similar case year or two ago, but it was refunded same day.
