this does somewhat help explain you a little more. it doesn't excuse you (although for some reason i've got it in my head you're dutch? you get 10% leeway for that)

there's also a lot of "being in the right place at the right time" to factor into what we do. I'd like to hope that gives many of us an edge.

Hmmm. In my experience they want that only when they happen to have a particularly photogenic employee as their sales manager (preferably a full-figured blonde) or front-of-house staff. They don't tend to want that so much when the staff have BMI's of +30, however efficient at their jobs they might be.

I come across this all the time, except they somehow think I can magically transform their ordinary staff member to look like Yuri's Emma, cos I'm using an expensive camera that takes good photos.

Long before computers / I'd ever heard of fonts or thought anything about them, I subliminally realised that what turns out to be fonts used on the menu outside a cafe/restaurant was a good indication as to whether I'd like their food.

oh you are not alone! it's an important skill I think, especially when you travel. I'd have to a) make a sale and b ) get a payout to worry about this. i'll give it some thought in 2014...

1. Allow the ability to set a price for EACH SIZE, not just a top price and let the algorithm do the rest. (e.g: using the current system, some of my tiny blog sizes are going for $10+, allowing us to set a price for each size setting would eliminate that problem)

+1 to that. I'd be happy to set the blog size cheap but the only way to do that is to set the mega high price cheap too.

are those dl numbers right? a quick search across a few popular topics reveals that the top sellers have DLs in the single digits, and those top sellers have rock bottom prices. sadly even the contributors are racing themselves to the bottom.

Hey, im new to stock fotografie. How many pictures i need to have 50$ every month?

I can not over pictures with peoples due im new in the potographie.

with 50 unique images you'll be just fine (cos that should generate between 100-500 images going by the ports of ppl here).
I have 500 images (and I'm rubbish at making multiple images of the one shoot) and have just hit $300/month. no illustrations or video (just got a D800 so that could be in my future)
