I still see the "Switch to Classic View" link at the bottom of Portfolio and search pages.
However they do note that it is going away soon.

Just got a reply from iStock:

"Thanks for contacting us.
Please know that we take this matter seriously and will investigate and handle accordingly.
We appreciate you taking the time to send this our way.

Regards,
iStock"

It appears they have shut him down.

IS tend only to respond to contacts from the actual infringed person, at least that's  what I found when I reported a mass infringer who was passing off iS pics (but none of mine) on Flickr as CC.
However, they have taken action against their own infringers reported here, but you probably  have  to  put iStock infringer or some such in the title so that they can see it.

And from experience if you are not exclusive with iS they won't take action.

edit:
Just found one of my images in his port and reported it.
Thanks for the heads up.

....If not, I'd say show us a sample image with a 100% crop and include the EXIF data.

This six you show are not pretty generic.

Hi,
long story short, I shot catalog images of bow ties for local designer, who doesn't wanna pay. That is why I'm considering uploading them on stock sites to get some return of investment, in the end they are my images.
Many of those bow ties look 'generic', some variations in colors/shapes/patterns and such, some with flowers, some without ... but some look like they had their own textile printed or had some accessories added (little duck, and such). Should I worry if I sell them online, for that designer copyright issues?
Some examples to make things more clear, link to google drive:

I'd say yes you should worry.

7 sales in 8 years - made 1 3/4payouts. Dumped them last year - hadn't quite reached payout but they paid out.

Slow up load process and slow reviews.  Lots of rejections for 'not their style"

I just made $60 in commission on one image! I didn't know that was even possible in SS?

No sour grapes - I've had bigger this month already -- But I know what I will get, be it .38 or $126 and everything in-between.

It's always a nice surprise to get larger sales but you admit you didn't know it was possible. I just find it incredulous that people submit without knowing all the details, especially how much you can make.

Always amazed by those who don't know what it is they are signing up for - even when it is pleasant surprises that shock them.

....  I sent them a message and am expecting a timely reply  ::)

Kidding right? :P

I got this from them on the 19th - looks like they missed another deadline.

Hi,

We are still working on processing all payments. Its taking longer than we thought. We hope to have them all out by the end of the week.

It's the /
In their example  the slash (/) means " STATE and/or Country"

You should have:

Could it possibly mean accents like tildes etc?
Hi, thanks for your response. I've not used any accents because they're generally not accepted at other agencies and figured this one would be no different.
Sorry, I now see you wrote that in your OP. Haven't a clue, then.
Maybe someone who submits at SS will have come across this rejection and can help.

No there isn't any way to see captions in rejected files.

Correction:
Mouse over a rejected images thumbnail and the caption will open in a pop-up box.

You should be adding your metadata in photoshop or some other program so it is permanently with the image.
Or saving the info in an excel spread sheet so you have some reference.

Seriously after telling me that I'd have to wait until Apr 15 for payment I got my Feb Payment today.
They are going to fit in real well with iStock.

Has anybody got their payout for February yet? I used to get it on the 16th, but today I'm still waiting for +150$ from Jan and Feb

I already went round and round with Veer on this - Contrary to what their site says all monies will be paid out on or before Apr 15th. There will not be any payments until then, at which time they will pay out everybody whatever they are owed.
