I had 3 of those in the last 2 days, and even though it says that I have over 300 dollars total earnings the payout button is heated out and it says that I need to have at 50 dollars to ask to be paid. So, I'm guessing it's done kind of a glitch.
I had three of these $94.05 sales on Wednesday and wrote to support as I couldn't imagine a "subscription" sale with that royalty and wanted to check. It wasn't a glitch - it's Enterprise customers, like the high value SODs at Shutterstock.
Wednesday was a good day

I don't think there is anything to hide by not announcing it. If this happened then its simple for SS to shoot emails requesting for immediate password change. By not doing so they will cause themselves in more trouble. There have been hacks many a times, twitter announced it globally when it was hacked.

Alex just announced on the SS forum that theres no evidence of hacking.
This clearly shows random people making fake panic situations and forcing users to move to their side. Its better to investigate first before coming to any conclusion.

Something fishy sounds here. There is no official msg from SS, as well as I don't see any issues. Everything is working normally here.
Moreover, there is also no announcement on their social media channels.
I am not sure how can NorthwestDreams randomly come and start topic about hack when no one faced it?
Waiting for announcement from SS and see where it goes.

The story is not totally clear from the OP side. I would like to see what exactly SS emailed and replied to you.
Further, if you helped your aunt with illustration and worked with same IP address I don't find this as a issue as SS itself have contributor referral program. So yes, referring your aunt for work seems to be fine to me.

Did you had your aunt's artwork in your account? If both of your accounts have similar content by the same artist, that's probably the reason.
Yes this could be the reason, if you use same artwork / elements and upload in both, you are then banned...

Not sure if this will affect any sale. But I really like the envato filters option which lets you refine the search with date added and popularity in specific period.
Introducing this feature in ss might be very useful for buyers.

They call it Inactivity fee ($3) and that's the reason I won't use Payoneer in the future.
"20.1 A monthly inactivity fee may be collected if no transactions and no payments have been allocated to Your Card in the last thirty (30) days. If the inactivity fee is assessed, the charge will be recurring each month, unless funds are added and as long as the balance on the Card is more than zero."
This is a direct loot, they are forcing customer to do transaction even if they don't want.
