Newbie Discussion / Re: Upload Program
« on: October 26, 2010, 04:34 »
What do you think is the best program for ITPC tags?
I use IrfanView now, but there are some agencies that doesn't read all the data!
I really miss Isyndica....it made things so easy :)

As Linda has hinted, there are stuff going on that will boost sales this fall, just wait ;)

Bjorn

I just had 14 sales in one day, so I'm very optimistic  :)
I have noticed though, that most of my sales are Norwegian nature pics!

iStockPhoto.com / Re: New iStockphoto web design - IT'S LIVE!

Just uploaded a photo and realized uploading is even more time consuming now with to many options in  disambiguation  for insatance if you included the word hat among youe KW'd then you'll see soo many different type of hats in the list to choose from .that hurt my eyes:((((((((

And after I had gone through the whole keywording prosess, and klicked 'save' - I got an error saying I had to have more than 5 keywords....every keyword was gone  :-\ So I had to use backspace, and start the whole prosess over again! It happened to at least 5 of the 10 images I submitted!

Thank you all for great advice :) It's interesting to hear that it isn't much difference in the sharpness...you would think it was when it's L!

I'm gonna use it underwater as well... And it's a bit hard using a tripod down there (  ;) ), so maybe it will get easier getting a sharp picture with IS?! Havn't actually tried IS underwater yet ;)

I am buying one of these, but I'm a little bit unsure if it's really worth the extra money to get the L version with IS ? Has anyone compared these two? I don't have to much money to spend, but I don't want to buy the cheapest one if the other one is much much better  :)

I'm curios about Catooh, and I can't find any reviews on microstockgroup.
I have uploaded some photos to them this month, and actually sold a couple already. But I'm a little bit unsure about the reviewing process...it seems like they either accept or reject everything in the batch  :o
Anyone else tried them?
