I think FT does not raise the price automatically, you have to do that (and I do think they will do it for your entire portfolio if you shoot them a message - they did for me for X licenses when I could raise prices there).

thank you Dirkr i'll give it a try.

Question for Mat.

Great to see my rank jump to Emerald but sales today are still showing the old amount of credit ie:
Standard S = 3 credit instead of 6
XXL = 12 instead of 24

Hoping this is just a glitch

Adobe Stock / Re: Introducing Adobe Stock!

Its a refreshing change to have something happen that appears to be positive.
Hopefully a good chance for growth etc.

Am I dreaming or did I also see mention of Adobe Stock as a seperate website too? (i was running out the door when i started reading all the gubbins so maybe it was just a lack of oxygen)

Also, i got bumped up to emerald (!YAY!) which is another real buzz as I thought it was going to take easily another 4-5 months.

Hope everyone gets to see some increased earnings anyway, we deserve it!

Just uploaded fine here.

My problem is my _processing folder has 840 images in it dating back to 22 April some of which have appeared in my portfolio and some haven't. It's a devil working out which ones have been cleared and which ones haven't and why they still show as processing.

99% are PNG with removed BG's

PhotoDune / Re: Envato Photodune: what's the skinny?
« on: March 22, 2015, 04:20 »
I was with them a year and earnt about $300 dollars with 6k images. Lowest earner for me and this new VAT invoice fiasco added an unpleasant accounting worry so I'm deleting account.

Support have been helpful, they will close my account once it reaches payout which is just a few cents away.

Shame as although i didn't earn much with them i did get a few good paying customers for private work through them.

thanks for the grey card suggestion, i'd seen mention of the 18% grey too. Even more reason to try it.

I just tend to do things by eye anyway but it'll be nice to experiment. Have to dig out the old x100  :-)

I've always meant to try using the white card technique, hold up a piece of pure white card and set the white balance to this, but always been too lazy!

It's on my list of things to do....

I'm seeing a steady stream of older images getting reviewed which is good news.

Today though i can't connect to the FTP server, it's been fine for the last few weeks.
Is it just me? (i've contacted supported, no reply yet but I'm an impatient cuss who wants to keep the momentum going!)

I'll pull the plug once i make payout because for sub-$50 a month its not worth it.

All the time wasted reading threads about their plans could have been more profitably used making product to sell with other agencies. And I'm still none the wiser really on what . it all means.

I try to keep my taxes as simple as possible which keeps my accountants bill down and anything like this is just not worth it.

If I want to earn $50 ($31.40 for February!) i can go and mow someones lawn, easier and healthier and a lot less strain on the eyes.

Yep annoying as hell lol .....but because support (Lee!) has been so supportive through the whole time I've been with them and the fact they must be doing something right on the buyers side as sales are very positive I'm prepared to put up with pretty much anything from Canva (apart from a reduction in royalties  :P)

Glad to see some of my September/October images being reviewed at last, worth the wait though as this site is really appealing on so many levels for contributors and buyers alike.

One thing that bugs me is I had a fair few Soft Rejects due to being less than 4 megapixels but only because I've cut the images out myself and hence made the images smaller in the process. If I'd left them on a white background to be cut-out in house would they still be rejected? A lot of effort went into changing them to transparent png files.

And not having any confirmation that new uploads have been successful is a bit off putting (even just an update on the Portfolio number would be a big help to assure the uploader they're not just disappearing into the ether) Gives you a psychological push to keep going particularly when reviews are..sporadic.

Gahh! Scratch that, had to change to my user name not "personal", I swear I'd tried that already these last few days. Weird system glitching my brain.
Works now, thanks again!

I just get Forbidden 403.
I'm logged in etc in my profile page, its most annoying

The admin page link from the portolio page has been missing for a few days so I can no longer see how many downloads I've had, anyone else with this problem?
