I think this is a difficult question. The thing is that the level of medicine and doctors is very different in different hospitals and different countries. Let's say if in russia they can't support a person normally, but in Germany they can, then what? Or in Israel they can provide more help to a patient than in Germany. What to do then?
Here we need to start with politicians and doctors. Many criminal cases can be opened on this topic and many incompetents and corrupt people can be put in prison or in the electric chair.

As a doctor, I am very much in favor of controlled assisted dying being regulated by law.
I also understand and accept the counter-arguments.
This is a very sensitive and complicated issue.
In this respect, I find it quite inappropriate to refer to Putin here.
I'm assuming that you've never been in an oncology intensive care unit.
If I were you, I would simply read up on the subject again.

At one time, Pond wanted to create Hyperstock. But many authors began to resent it and Pond abandoned this idea. As a joke. Now in the US there is a version spreading that it was a UFO that set Los Angeles on fire, and they even show a flying saucer.
If there really was arson, I think it was either the Russians or the Democrats. The Democratic Party is doing a lot of drastic things right now to make Trump's presidency a failure and to disrupt his plans.
But either way, California is not ready for fires, and those responsible need to be put in the electric chair.

gnirtS, you can also look at new works by top authors and see that they load with fps 29.97. I do not agree that fps does not affect sales. I claim that videos with fps 60 and 120 will sell much worse than videos with fps 29.97. You do not need to convince me of the advantages of fps 60, I am not interested. I am only guided by demand from buyers. Write all this to buyers!

Anyways - its amazing, don't quite understand why - but why some people (as yourself) it seems have 100% absolute faith and trust in "elected" officials - to be looking out for "your" best interest, and seem to believe that 100% of what is presented on the "news", "newspapers" is "100% absolute truth", don't question anything - and just eat it up. You seem to 100% trust "authority" also, that it would "never" be abused, and that "authority figures" would always 100% tell you the truth, and would never, ever lie to YOU.
Additionally, it seems you 100% ONLY trust what is in "the news". And as for "scientists" or ANYONE in academia, you believe they are 100% "honest", would "never" be influenced by "money" to fudge their results, push a product or service if they benefited financially, and that "authority" figures would be absolutely the same.
+100 Yes, I have noticed for a long time that EU citizens blindly believe their leaders and what their press writes. They lack analytical thinking. I write this without specifying any specific person on this forum. All this has bad consequences for the EU.

I don't know, English is not my native language. Would love you to explain how buying a 60fps video is a "waste of time" in any way for a buyer....
I wish you could explain to buyers what huge advantages they will get if they buy videos in 60 and 120 fps! After that I would upload videos to stocks directly from the camera. Unfortunately, few buyers think about what else can be done with the video. Usually they look at what you have uploaded and buy only what suits them for insertion into their project. Buyers from the US will not buy 25 fps videos, they are more likely to buy 29.97 videos. Buyers from the EU buy both 25 and 29.97, because they are used to the fact that stocks mostly have 29.97 videos. Look at the portfolios of top authors, you are unlikely to find many 60 fps videos there, if at all.

You must be a very compassionate human being. Living in Ukraine and getting so symphatic with people in Los Angeles. They should reward you some price.
There are very good people in Los Angeles who help Ukraine a lot. Also, the US is Ukraine's main ally. Therefore, Ukraine is not indifferent to the problems of the US.

It doesn't matter who Californians vote for in the US. The US is a democracy. Many US residents are politically illiterate and believe the lies of the Democrats. More precisely, the Democrats make the right speeches, but they always keep the figs in their pockets and deceive both their voters and allies. There is no need to put an equal sign between the party bosses of the Democratic Party and the citizens of the US. Well, actually, that's why people suffered, because they believed the democrats. There shouldn't be joy here, but sympathy and support.
