From past two batches, I am seeing missing images at website whereas the FTP uploads them successfully. Is anyone else facing same issue?

Agree with almost flat increase in paid downloads.
But SS is investing heavily in improving their technology... I have read somewhere that they are building an AI tool which will skip those crap images from search result and display only the good new images to the customers (I dunno how true is this), but if this is added then its a very good step taken as I have seen portfolios with too many similar bad images covering the whole search.

"Unfortunately a data transfer error occurred this month that prevented your February earnings from being reset and calculated for payouts. We apologize for this error and are taking the necessary steps to correct this information and prevent it from occurring in the future.
However, this means that we will not be able to reset your earnings from the month of February and they will roll into your earnings for March. You will receive your February and March earnings together in the next payment cycle, by April 15th.
We apologize for any inconvenience this error has caused and for the delay in receiving your earnings from last month. We thank you for your patience and continued participation in our marketplace."
Is this the text of email Shutterstock sent to you? If so, doesn't this violate the terms of service with respect to timing of payments? Section 9b says, in part: "Royalty payments and accompanying statements will be issued monthly, on or about the 15th day of each month, for the previous month's downloads. "
There is nothing to stop them from making a manual payment - and if they do it in the next couple of days, they're still on time. If I were you, I'd push back and ask them to make a payment now for this month. They need to pay you what you were owed.
SS do mass payment which have a time period on every month. Mass payment saves additional fees so if they try to do payment manually then I think additional fees with be cut from sender and receiver both.

Yup. They killed the site. Sales quickly decreased with the new owners, now dead.
Yes, two or three years ago it was a so promising site. And also very fair.
fair? How?

And why not pdf? Today pdf is more universal that the eps, and it can contain the vector file and the jpeg preview.
Is pdf a vector format that can be scaled? May be a good idea.
Yes, PDF can be both vector as well as raster.

What kind of stuffs are you uploading.. or are you really uploading regularly? I had a very good third continuous month.

I got my portfolio activated. Reason why they disabled it is - fraudulent purchases.
I am still wondering if some fraud purchases are found then why disabling contributor portfolio without investigating the whole topic and hurting their earning for a week or two. Anyways, congrats mate.

Whatever there doing....PLEASE keep it up.
You like being on page 15 instead of first page, because they are promoting unsold and new? When did you decide that?
Looks like they are shuffling the popular pages, which gives you new result after some time frame. I think this a good call on buyer perspective as they are getting fresh content, for contributors we'll have to wait and watch.

There is a difference between e-marketer and scammer.
The OP paid e-marketer who scammed sales/downloads. SS disabled the portfolio telling that downloads were scammed
One possible reason can be he/she used stolen credit cards or payments to increase downloads and later the original card owners filed complaints to SS about their card being used illegally. And all these complaints pointed towards Mohamed portfolio.
At the end of the day, both persons are liable for it.

your account is linked to the fraudulent customer and therefore we will not be reactivating your account I don't think this is a valid reason for closing the account unless found guilty. They might have received huge downloads from a same customer on your portfolio. Usually ss emails the contributor for explanation which you have either not seen or ignored. Their team investigate things properly before taking any action. I still want to know what exactly they mean by saying "account is linked to the fraudulent customer"

Did you report him?
I did. But I think they need more complaining people to close the account.
Did SS really demanded for more people complaining?
