I think it is something about canisters levels from some microstokas. They want to encourage new wanabee exclusive that is possible to earn money with basic twirl filters over sky of you home or it is just effect of new lubricant from DeepMeta. Whats the Meta?! Or who cares?!

I believe their size comes from scanning 35mm slide or negatives in pro equipment.

With very pro Film and very pro scanner you image will maybe pass at 4Mpix size at microstok eventually on 6 Mpix.

Sorry, I am afraid I can't agree with this.  I am a non-exclusive and I have managed to maintain over a 90% acceptance rate with istock.  I shoot a lot of very commonplace subjects that I am sure one or probably several inspectors have also covered....

Sorry Albert, but you're just full of it.  Your conspiracy theories don't hold water.

I can say that Albert is right in some sense. It is not problems with photo images, it is problem with vector and 3D files which you booth dont have in you port or you have but they are too old when limits are been down from today way of quality.

I dont know if I can prove that. I have my best selling vector background which I signed under Microstokgroup banner on Istok for promoting community. After that I make first similar and after that upgraded version of that lets say concept and all of that are rejected of reason of:
We're sorry, but we found the overall composition of this file lacking visual impact and therefore not suitable as stock. With the rapid growth... bla bla

What you will you think after that?

I think that my file is somehow in row between files of exlusives who send similar concept an reviewer clicking Yes, yes, yes... ups ... bah let it live than yes yes. Or some of major Vector Gonzos are on some of Stokalypses so new green reviewer give me pass.

I really dont know why they are doing that because they earn 80% of my image sold?!

For photo concepts I am not so shure but I think there is more perfid ways to reject photos because there is very thin border between overfitered an overuse of noise software...

I dont want to speak about conspiracy as Shean spoke but some is very very smelly there.
Any how I realize that they earn me 20% of all sites and thats it, and I dont bother and waste time in they noncoinstency.

One time I send complain to one image when I get some stupid rejection. After that two weeks are passed for answer EG...

Neznam koliko se tko od vas sjeća Slovenske firme koja je prodavala RM stok slike ali oni su se ugasili tj. crkli prije godinu i ne�to dana.
Neki dan sam pričao sa svojom frendicom ilustratoricom koja je tamo zadnjih 5 godina davala svoje ilustracije na prodaju i ono spika 100 bakija u 3 mj i to ako...
Uglavnom nebitno �to se tiče cifre.
Malo sam prozujao po Shuteru i nađem par ilustracija za koje sam pomislio da je ba� njen stil i po�aljem joj to mailom tih par screen shotova.
Ka�e ona su to njene ilustracije.
Idem potra�iti pod oldest first od te "osobe" koja je upladala ilustracije od moje frendice kao da su njene i oko 130 ilustracija ulodano ukomadu.
Famozni "genijalni" upload autor na Shuteru se zove JASNA, a u smo portfoliju ima cca 4200 �to fotki �to ilustracija i odmah se mo�e zaključiti da nisu potekli od istog autora.
Ako ste ikad imali posla s tom biv�om Slovenskom RM agencijom provjerite ovaj port na Shuteru da se slučajno va�e fotke ne nalaze tu.

Od moje frendice fotke počinju s ID 14.000.000 i ne�to i sve su uplodane valda ftpom ukomadu.
A po mojim fotkama koje su oko ID 14 miliona ispada da su uplodane oko 3 mjeseca pro�le godine.
U sedmom mjesecu te godine javlja se lik mojoj frendici sa spikom jel ima jo� ilustracija i da će od sad isplata biti skoro svaki mjesec a ova uopće nema pojma da lik to dila već 3-4 na Shuteru bez njenog znanja, a ona rekla da ne i da nebi se vi�e snjima igrala jer malo zarađuju, jo� joj prodao spiku kako su sad oni u EU i da trebaju prilagodit nove račune i sl. ludorije i to prodaje spiku kad mu je već firma uga�ena tj taj Makro Slovenski stok. �to je jo� gore pro�la je i cijela jedna godina + ono od prije spomenuto i taj famozni autor JASNA dila njene ilustracije na shuteru, a nije dobila ni lipe od toga?!?!

Prije par dana sam upisao frendicu na Shuter pro�la je s 10/10 ilustracija od prve i rekao joj da stavlja ono �to hoće �to joj je off na shuter, a ne da joj neka �u�a dila njene ilustracije umjesto nje i bez njenog znanja.

Neznam da li ste sku�ili ovo bi bio bum i za novine kako propala Slovenska MakroStok agencija iz očaja prodaje fotke i ilustracije njezinih biv�ih autora bez njihovog znanja na mikrostoku!!!!!!!!!!

Pomogao sam joj da napi�e pismo Shuteru da te onaj gore link izbri�e, (lobotomira to bi ja napravio) �to se očekuje valda sad iz dana u dan, pa eto provjerite jel ima tamo i va�ih uradaka dok je taj akaunt jo� �iv.

Na drugim stokovima nisam ni tra�io val je i to bilo previ�e za te busmismenj �lofence jer sam vidio da su za ključne riječi totalni papci, mam se vidi da je neka tajnica uplodala ukradenu galeriju bez svog znanja.

- Ako neko ima force i �elje nek ovo prevede i na engleski jer mislim da bi i tu bilo zanimljivo pod nazivom Debakl malih Makrostokova, pogotovo oko novih pacijenata na forumu koji njondraju oko mikrostoka, a ja fakat nemam force.

I think that numbers count present all "authors" which never send first 10 photos, illustrations or whatever for review.
I think the contributor chart from iStock is more relevant

about 30.000 contributors and I think it is the easier way to be contributor on iStock with 4 initial images than on Shufter with 10.
I think on world wide scene that is less than 50.000 real contributors for Microstock, and then in that number you can count 20/80% rule.

Try Cinema 4D, wery poverfull but complex for 3D.
For you stile of work try Toon Boom Studio, is vector based
or Application called "Pencil" but I think it is for Mac only. Both of them are like classic 2D animation and they are very easy to use.
