To me, that's the big question.  Why people spend so much time and effort uploading subject matter that either doesn't sell or is so oversaturated that it won't get a chance to sell, is beyond me.  Everyone should check their IS and DT gauges right in this forum as an indicator of whether you're uploading subjects that sell or don't sell.  If your Sales score is higher than your Uploads score, you're probably on the right track.  If not, you may be contributing to the oversupply problem.

It's about SS not DT or IS. If there was SS gauge it would show how pathetic are my IS results :-) Also I got 4x more from SS than DT :-)

I was actually thinking about pause uploads there. Nothing happened for couple months. Members of this forum are statistically insignificant group that's why few votes can change direction of the arrow.

I finally was able to have enough images accepted in their promotion to request minimum payment. What can I say. Submitting interface is one of the worse if you deal with large amount of images.

Which agencies beside Getty use TinEye? It could never find any of my images besides IS.

I don't usually post earnings, but these numbers are so far off even my 2nd worst site, I don't care. Here are my monthy earnings since my last payout a year ago. I quit uploading months ago, but never felt it was worth the effort to delete accounts.

50 is a bug they actually mean 5 :-) I guess nobody reported calculation error cause I have seen it for at least month.

1. Waste of time for contributors but good way to organize files for agencies.
2.There are customers who like to browse so somebody has to do it:
 - contributors - free for agency
 - paid employee who is reviewing images initially - it will slow process even more
 - program which can analyze keywords and description and put image into category automatically - programmers needs to be hired to write it.

Guess which option is chosen :-)

Sounds like they fired half of reviewers or outsourced it all together.

It's more indicator of how people feel about sites. It seems like all are doing worse than before. If this trend will settle you can start seeing green if a drop is lower than before. I think earnings should be expressed in absolute numbers (ranges of numbers).
