From where do we see portfolio? I cannot find any of my images in search. Uncheck the "Member Library" box in search filters (next to infinity symbol).
Yes, I do find it now. It working good. But I don't understand the point of that symbol. Its by default turned on and giving very limited result, when turned off it shows full search. Whats the point of it when by default contributors portfolio is not even shown in search.?

Yeah, out of all the companies Getty should have been the last one they took on. They're well known for their aggressive legal action! Might end up in tears for them...... hopefully!

unbielevable. 1000 px is a lot to get free.
This is even more lot when you have entire library available. 15,38,76,107 royalty-free stock images / 11,87,308 new stock images added this week By the time SS will fix it, some a** h**e will download and use it illegally

Storyblocks is now Storyblocks. Graphicstock is now 'Graphicstock by Storyblocks' and Videoblocks is now 'Videoblocks by Storyblocks'. But that's probably what you meant!

Does it have to be a sun? Many subway systems have artistic lighting. I know this one is added, but I don't immediately think "sun".
I don't do photos but to be fair, I like your portfolio, I am not sure how it can be used commercially, but interesting way of color grading and lighting

More than a year and I still see:
1- Missing keywords, title, it don't fetch the metadata properly
2- Few files upload correctly but they don't show up in the submission list
3- Get 2-3 emails of same batch approval
4- New approved files don't show up in newest first list and magically appears after 1-2 days
5- Bad UI design on stats page with lot more clicks

Those algorithms aren't off-the-shelf. It's good that someone legit is doing research on watermark vulnerabilities.
Though they are doing it right by finding the watermark vulnerability but don't you think that this is also giving idea to hackers and other developers about this loophole. World is too big and google is a part of it.

Thanks for the answers, I called them, but the number is only for customers, they said to send an email to submit@shutterstock, which I did more than 48 hours ago and no answer. It just seems I will loose one whole month of payment, I am very disappointed by the way they treat us contributors.
try contacting via twitter and tell them you emailed the support team 2 days back.
